Location is great. Staff was very helpful and came quickly when we were struggling using the key code entry system. Sandy kindly walked us thru it. Very clean, large bathroom and good kitchen and washer/dryer. Nice big king bed and nice bedding- that's always such a plus.

I had thought I had booked a main floor model and we were put in a 2nd story. Upon arrival I was told I needed to request that. I didn't understand we could be moved bc models seem to all be duplicate. Could have used most basic Salt, Pepper, dish soap and washer detergent. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable.

The location, room and exterior that included a close pool and spa were excellent. The adjacent hotel restaurant and bar area were very nice, and staff there were very cordial and welcoming.

The parking spaces for our particular room and building were much farther away than for the majority of all the other rooms and buildings. The HVAC thermostat control was quite confusing and when using the heat mode, since the outside temperature was below 65 degrees at all times, there was often cold air coming out of the ceiling vents. The toilet did not drain properly and it took two or sometimes three flushes to completely flush. A light in the large walk in closet flickered when turned on.

The location was perfect, and the facilities and rooms were spotless. The staff was so kind and thoughtful- they had treats waiting for us at check-in. I wish we could have extended our stay by another day but we needed to return home. I'm very happy we chose to stay at this location instead of going to Palm Springs.

Everything was great- I have zero complaints at all. The property was very clean, the rooms were very clean and the surrounding area was clean and very safe.

The location was perfect for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Very close and quiet. Also, walking distance to many restaurants and a lovely park.

There were no pillows on the couch or chair. The kitchen did not have any sort of cooking supplies, e.g., olive oil, non-stick spray, spices. If you're only staying a few days, it's ridiculous to buy such basic items.

The location was very convenient for the Indian Wells Tennis Garden where we went on two days. It was also convenient to La Quinta restaurants.

I thought that the living room sofa was somewhat uncomfortable for prolonged sitting and the bed was a bit too soft for my tastes.

Small but comfortable. Good location. Close to restaurants in old town LaQuinta. Ample parking. Clean. Quiet.

Since I was traveling with a friend rather than a partner, we would have greatly preferred two beds. The pull-out sofa was ok, but certainly not great. There is no seating in the living room with the sleeper pulled out. Kitchen had dishes and cookware but not even salt and pepper. No liquid dish detergent if you wanted to hand wash something; had to put everything in the dishwasher.

the property was clean and quiet and in a good location

bed was a little soft for my liking—I woke up with a backache every day. The drawers on the dresser in the bedroom were broken—the bottom one wasn’t usable at all because it wouldn’t stay on the tracker. one of the buttons on the iron kept popping off as I used it, and I had to fight the ironing board to get it open and closed. I’d think that as expensive as this place was, they’d keep up on small things like that.

The whole experience was nice from the big living room to the big kitchen to the big bathroom to the big bedroom. The bed was comfortable. It was easy access, not like other hotels. My family and I will definitely stay here again and the price was unexpected. You definitely got your money's worth and more

The pool with water was cold ❄️

I loved the space in my casita #7! It had a large bathroom with a built in kitchen space and living room area as well as a bedroom with a VERY comfortable bed and closet space! I even found complimentary snacks on the countertop! So sweet! Stephanie from housekeeping was an ANGEL! She returned my items that I left in the casita after check out. What a lovely casita to stay in an excellent location very convenient to get to an from the airport and other resorts in La Quinta! The check in process was so easy with a text message and email containing the access code to check in without even speaking to anyone. It was very convenient and well organized, clean and spacious! Great value for La Quinta stay. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Palm Springs!

Everything was excellent!

Location was great as it was nearby good restaurants and plazas to do quick grocery shopping. Receptionist was very nice, helpful and informative with a very welcoming demeanor as we picked up the keys during check in process and gave great recommendations and helpful tips as we went to a music festival. plenty parking space area without worries of leaving overnight/throughout the day.

We had difficulty finding our exact room/building and there was miscommunication in a sense that there was an informative email I did not receive that was crucial information for the check in process it may be a glitch from booking.com as i was told multiple people who booked from booking.com ran into the same problem as i did with not getting an email prior to arriving/checking in.
