Location was great, only 20 minutes from Palm Springs, 45 minutes from Cabazon dinosaurs, and a little over an hour from Joshua Tree park visitor center entrances. Especially close if you are attending anything at Coachella. Lots of shopping and food options close by. Security of the property was a plus too, I felt very safe staying here (note: it shares the same property within the security gates as an apartment complex across the parking lot). Room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Cleanliness appeared very good until I walked around in my bare feet and the floors seemed as if they were not mopped in a while, just swept, because the bottoms of my feet turned black with dirt. The rubber trim around my room window was peeling off on the outside of the building and the smaller pools definitely need refurbished, but the main larger pool was nice. They should also clean up the main office where you check in, looked very disorganized like a storage area and it smelled bad.

Beautiful grounds. Security at the gate had a pleasant demeanor. Samantha at the Front Desk was genuinely welcoming. Cheerful pattern bed sheets. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed with a firm mattress.

Unique with all the diversity of living spaces, looked like single family homes + a new development and then on a golf course - very nice security personnel with the arm to make sure random people are entering the grounds.

I didn't see or notice there was no working tv service for our stay.

Jose at the front desk was amazing !! Very friendly, professional and kind ! He gave me a tour of my room and made us feel so comfortable on our stay here !!! 100% satisfied and the veiw is just gorgeous . The room we stayed in is huge compared to so many hotels I will definitely be coming back !!

The location and the access

Things are pretty old, the bathroom faucet was way out of whack and we had no cold water. You need extra blankets and pillows. There isn’t exactly a front desk but the gal that works there Marika was wonderful.

I have no complaints, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was great and very professional. I do have a complaint about booking .Com. They were rude when I needed a refund for a booking I made by accident. 1

This is a great value. It is impossible to find a hotel room under $100 so $80 was a bargain.

No coffee maker. It rained during the night and in the morning there was a pond outside the door we had to step in to get out.
