I came all the way to arizona and the roadway hotel said ivwas nit on the list. And did not honor my paid confirmation email nkt speaking to booking.com do any good. But i still have not been refunfed. But i went down the road to Motel 6 and had no problem. But i had to pay again. Beneva Beanon 310 654 5132 or 323 568 7660

I felt it was a good price for a good room. They were in the middle of renovating their property so we understand some things were limited but overall the staff was really great and made the stay enjoyable.

I love staff but the new manager thinks she is too high and mighty bring it down a knotch sister you ain't making brownie points with the guest too uptight ...

Oh I said it all in the likes no like the new manager to uptight the other one the gentleman was more chill and took time to know his guest and accomadate for the guest needs .

The staff was very pleasant. The room was good sized. It had a flat screen TV and a small (but totally adequate) refrigerator. It is in an interesting part of town. I took a picture of the INDIO Sign just down the street from the motel.

Perhaps offer coffee?

The location, is close to the casinos

Trains passing by every 20 minutes, day and night. Many homeless lurking around and prostitutes just around the corner, definitely not recommended for families with kids.

Rosa at reception was excellent - helpful, positive and friendly. The bed and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a laundry which was useful. Rosa helped with that too.

No fridge or microwave in the room.

The staff is highly qualified and their customer service is above reproach.

There's nothing I didn't like everything was exceptional.

My dogs especially enjoyed the grass path on the inside of the fence line. There’s a lot of grass there. Nice place.

They have good clean rooms. No frills only what you need. Clean bed, bathroom, and a TV. Works for me.👍

The lady that was in charge let us have an extra hour for check out time very friendly very good customer service
