Clean comfortable beddings and very quiet no interruptions...

What didn't I like was that this happened twice that a manager (female) didn't knock and just walked in before opening my room door during the time of the incident I was changing clothing due to being nudest. No apology was given until we checked who it was IAM looking into filing a complaint cuz I felt no respect was to be from them..

First, the ladies here are amazing based on the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect for my 5 day stay. The room was peaceful only thing I wasn't a fan of was my room had two doors that led to other rooms which kind of gave me the creeps at night . But nonetheless the hotel was very quiet room was very clean and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs Adelina is an Angle on earth, she seen a momma with her hands full and quickly took action, she helped carry things to my room from my car all while bonding with my baby ,she's overall kind hearted. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's one of those experiences you have to go see for yourself . It's an old hotel and I was surprised how maintained it is . Keep up the great work!

My room had doors that lead to other rooms.

Location was great lots of places to eat and a couple of places to get your special coffee. Room was clean bed was comfy and the room was big as well staff was very friendly .No elevator if your on 2nd floor the patio doors are nice if you want fresh air . Would stay again but would have to check out shower before staying in room one that worked properly .

Dark dirty patio curtains ,Shower head needed replaced and the tub drained very slow.

The motel is clean and at a good location for the BNP Paribas Open tournament at Indian Wells. It looks like it has been remodeled recently.

It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. Most TV channels are not working. It would be nice to have the sports channels like Tennis Channel, Lakers and Dodgers channels, and ESPN available.

The room was very roomy and had a great size restroom

Walls are very thin Heard the neighbors yelling at their crying kids but other than that I enjoyed the area

Simple in and out the pricing is cheap and the beds are comfy i have no complaints at all.

The place is getting renovated it is an older structure but for the price...why not 😀 I haven't had a bad experience there.

The facility was very clean, and the staff were nice and attentive.

The location is not the best. I saw a lot of homeless in the front when pulling in. I hated the fact that there are sliding doors facing the open parking lot. It seems like an easy access point to be robbed or broken into. The room was clean yet it had a lot of not well repaired things (old leaky dry wall). The bed was uncomfortable and super springy.

In the morning my car was block from a car in back of me. When there was lots of parking everywhere. We had to inform front desk so they could move it.

Everything was perfect and the staff was a great blessing to me.

Not really being able to have company unless they had to check in at front desk first.. And no pets allowed.
