Was clean and rooms very comfortable.as a choice member since 2014 I haven’t stayed at any of the hotels because most of hotels were not up to par maybe 2 star. However after I read reviews I decided to book and I must say I was very impressed by cleanliness and property.

I did not like that there were no do not disturb sign available for use. The housekeeper cleaned my room and threw away my bag of peanuts I left out on table. Also I needed to use the one computer they had and a child was on it for 3 hours playing games.

The staff checking in and day shift was super nice. The rooms were clean and the house keeping service was offered daily. It was a good location for Coachella. Not too far away. People were minding their business and not bothering others.

The night staff. Lady was a little rude and had attitude just because we were following instructions from a vendor.

The hotel was walking distance from some nice restaurants and a grocery store. The suite had a microwave, refrigerator and sink. The location was safe and I didn't hear any traffic from nearby freeway.

I needed to use the washer and dryer. Unfortunately the washer was inoperable on my floor; luckily, the dryer did work. The parking was tight, because someone parked their bobtail across 3-4 spaces.

When traveling I like a small kitchen set up...more for the refrigerator and tables for eating/snacking. AND I like a sitting area. These are my favorite types of places to stay.

This is not the hotels issue, rather mine. I wanted to be closer to my reason for being in the area. Not a bad commute, just would have preferred closer. I'm not a huge fan of freeway close but again, these are my issues, not the hotel.

The breakfast was good. I was in Palm Springs for an event at the Acurisure Arena on Thursday. The location was perfect for me to take an Uber. My friend was staying at her timeshare but we attended events together. The first night we were at an event, my friend had lost her voice and her throat was sore. When she dropped me off, I asked the person at the desk if I could have some salt packets so she could gargle and he readily replied. That was excellent customer service.

No complaints.

This hotel surprised us! Our room was great! Quite a good sized room for 2 people, beds were very comfortable & everything was clean. We were only disappointed the pool & hot tub were too dirty to get in to because of the terrible winds 😞

Spacious family room, very comfortable. Close to highway. Good breakfast. Nice staff members helped us to spot the road runner around the building. Nice extra 's: pool and gym.

The kitchen in our room did not come with any pans, crockery or cutlery. Gym was too warm, no a/c..

Breakfast is very good. The night front desk clerk is awesome. She is extremely professional and helpful.. Housekeeping staff are great.

Front desk clerk during the day is rude, unprofessional, and loud.

It was fantastic. Just an older property but very well maintained and friendly staff!

The hot breakfast is good with many choices. The room is spacious with lots of power outlet for all our laptops, etc needs. The room is clean.

It's a long walk from the parking area to our room. And the entrance to the Inn is hard to find for someone driving from another state and not familiar with the area at night.
