The location was great. The view from the 3rd floor facing west, was beautiful. I liked the nightlight in the bathroom.

I would have liked to have maybe pen and paper. Maybe a small clock by the bed or television. A sheet of paper with surrounding businesses(eateries, gas station, shopping). Nothing fancy. Just one sheet of paper with that info.

Loved the location, room was clean and comfy. Staff was welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was decent, coffee bar was great to have accessible when needed. Pool was clean and refreshing.

We were on the 1st floor, the person in the room above us was very heavy footed when walking. Woke us up several times late in the night and then super early in the mornings both nights we were there. If your a light sleeper pick a room with no one above you.

I like almost everything. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected (and had at other comparable hotels I've paid more for). The water stations were a plus.

Being pointed out the best place to access the elevator from outside. My Mom can't walk far. The handicap parking to lobby was too far for her. Even lobby to elevator was rough. Finally figured out which outside door was close, but there was no handicap parking. Parked as close as we could. That was the only thing I didn't like about our stay. I will stay there again when traveling by myself.

Customer service was superb! Cain was excellent to deal with, & follow up on our stay. The entire staff from maids, food, and front desk where excellent in insuring we had a good stay and all our needs where met. So appreciated, Thank you!😊

nothing really, I felt is was centrally located to everything. Love that there was was a starbucks right next door!

First time staying at this hotel. It was fabulous! The rooms are great! Even the sofa bed was super comfortable. The staff were all great!

Breakfast was good but not great. Maybe offer cinnamon rolls or a larger selection of muffins. Also egg whites as a possible choice and maybe more hot vegetarian options.

Breakfast buffet was very good, and it was a welcome addition. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable.

The only issue was the noise about us or in the hallways. Called the front desk and let them know but the problem still wasn't resolved. We had a sound machine with us, so it muffled some of the noise.

We really were impressed with the kindness of the office staff and cleaning Ladies all went aboveboard for service and they called us by name. We will stay there again soon

Breakfast better quality and would like to see a happy hour in afternoon, could be a small charge for wine, cheese and crackers maybe that would be lovely for sure.

Check in was super easy. The staff was friendly and did a wonderful job answering any question I had. The breakfast was exceptional and included a wide variety of foods. The pool was also very nice, and the spa was great too.

I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints 😊

Fantastic breakfast! Great coffee; many, many choices of breakfast food. Delicious and hot. Very attentive staff and very clean tables and buffet area. It couldn't have been better!

Coffee in room. It was impossible to open the coffee filter...even the front desk could not open it. But, it caused us to go down for breakfast sooner than we planned. The breakfast was awesome!

Great location and good value for what we needed.

Breakfast items kept running out here and there like cups, silverware, napkins, coffee... then it took a while to find someone to assist. The gal at the desk was busy checking people in/out so other than that, it was a good breakfast.
