The breakfast was a good start to the morning, although some days there was a shortage of fruit The pool was very nice and good that we could also use the pool at the other hotel The staff were excellent and always very helpful Great location with shops and restaurants close.

The rooms are needing a makeover and the kitchen could be better stocked with dishes and utensils The Pool area was ok, Could have had more furniture as a few pieces were worn or ripped. We also noticed that some of the few pieces there, disappeared the last few days of our stay

The hotel is located close to Hwy 10 in Palm Desert. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the pool and facing south, so we had sun on the balcony during the day. The room came equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top. Dishes, cutlery and toaster as well. Hotel provided a hot breakfast each morning and had coffee available during the day in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable, and there was a light duvet on top. Hotel does not provide daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it but does change out the towels and garbage every second day. A full clean is every 5 days. There is no restaurant in the hotel but Applebee's Restaurant is located in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking and wifi. A full size hair dryer is provided instead of a compact one.

The room does require some updating but overall is quite comfortable. A safe in the room would have been welcomed though. More drinking glasses and coffee mugs would have been great as we only had two of each.

Easy check in, location, parking proximity to assigned suite, breakfast, pool, comfortable beds, clean room, refrigerator, and quiet premises.

While the room was stocked nicely, the furniture was a bit run down, and the air conditioner was not working, so they offered a solution to sleep in another room nearby with working A.C. until the next day when the engineer could come by and fix it. The engineer came, and A.C. worked for a while and then stopped working again. We were given a fan, and that helped. Ricardo was very helpful. There was a pool party on the premises on Thursday evening, Friday morning the poolside was still not clean. We jumped in the pool before leaving Friday, and that was a great start to the end of our stay. Even with the misses, I will return to the Residence Inn!

Loved the view of the mountains, golf course. Enjoyed a 2 bedroom suite with living room and patio! Staff was great and really tried on all counts to make our stay comfortable! Great memories from previous years of staying there with my parents!

Noisy intake a/c vent in one room. The maintenance staff tried to help with but they really couldn’t do much as it was a dated system and should have been placed in the living room. Dated, needing new screens, deadbolt didn’t work. Would have appreciated hand held shower head.

I thought the hot breakfast was very good. It had hot oatmeal and waffles. I would have liked to see some non dairy milk and fresh fruit, however.

I was on a quest to find my son. He is homeless somewhere in the Coachella Valley. I wanted to take the breakfast with me, but could not because they only had ceramic plates. I would have liked paper plates to go, but I understand that opens up a whole Pandora's box. So I just didn't eat and went looking for him. I never did find him, but someone saw him at The CVRM, 5 AM.

I enjoyed the Breakfast, Those waffels are so HUGE! I only wanted 1/2 but I just couldn't resist. The room is nice especially having a Kitchen with everything you need, almost everything. The best was the BED! So Hevenly Soft, comfy, and cuddlesome didnt want to get up.. The best is checking in, once your in you dont want to leave that comfy bed..LoL Oh! and before I forget, The Staff is Sooooo Welcoming Always Smiling...That feels Great! To top it off! Even through out my stay they call me by my last name.. Wow! Even new staff members have such welcoming manners makes you want to stay here again... Thank You Residence Inn Staff!

Well, I dont like inconveniences for starters. There is no Jacuzzi ! And, Breakfast starts early 630-9:30..I would wish it starts like at 7:00-11:30am lol.. Just too early, I miss Breakfast at times when im sleeping comfy on my Heavenly bed...heee Heee!

The arrival was easy and took less than 2 minutes, and getting to our room was easy. The breakfast was good i suggest making fresh waffles and the furniture was clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and easy going and quick to help. Will be back!

The bed is very uncomfortable and the rug lining all came up by walking over it. Also the internet is hard to connect to on anything but your phone.

Great staff! I interacted with a few staff members during my check-in and check-out and the staff around the breakfast area and cleaning the room. All of them have been super helpful, smiling, friendly, and seemed truly happy to help me.

No readily available ice cube machine. You need to ask the staff for help. We needed it during the day but I'm sure at night it would have been more difficult to find someone. Having such machine either around the pool or even better one per build would have been great.

The room was great - exactly what we needed. We did not have breakfast or use the pool.

I wish I had known the room was on the 2nd floor, and was a walk up. We had quite a lot of luggage, and I definitely would have asked for a first floor room! I checked in late, and hadn't looked at the property layout, so I didn't know to ask.

Property was nice and clean and close to shops and restaurants.

The room definitely needs an update. The bathroom had broken tiles and the shower had a big crack in it. Also air conditioning wouldn’t go below 70 degrees. Also colors on walls could use to be updated - just looks a little worn.
