Love the pool, breakfast and evening reception. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!

I wish all the rooms had hard wood floors. We had three rooms and one had wood floors and the other two carpet. The carpet although fairly new, has a mildew smell, probably because of wet feet from the pool. Our couches were a bit stained and tattered. Definitely need new furniture, couches and chairs. My sister’s room had a steady leak from an overhead sprinkler, luckily it was over the bar sink. This was our second stay, my mom’s third. The staff did comp one of her nights for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was delicious. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Can't wait to spend more time there. Everything was excellent

Forgot to bring my driver's license. Had a hard time checking in. I understand that you need photo ID but considering my husband and I had the same # credit card and he had his photo ID with him common sense tells you this is my booking

The room was very comfortable. The pool was clean and towels were plentiful.

The carpet in our (room 262) needs to be replaced...definitely worn out. Also, nice to have water/coffee/tea available in the lobby, however, it needs to be better attended. They ran out of cups in the late afternoon and no coffee available Sunday morning...only at breakfast, which I didn't partake.

The customer service by the employees is top notch! They are always willing to help. I loved the breakfast and the happy hour, and the proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Center. It was nice having a shuttle to the tennis tournament, but the shuttle experience has definitely gone down since years prior.

The rooms are dated, there's always a weird smell in the room, we had someone else's old towel and sheets in the wardrobe, and the tennis center shuttle ran on a different schedule this year. There were no seats available on our first day, so we drove after that. I feel that the price for the room is high, but the breakfast and happy hour amenities make up for it.

Kenny, the bartender, was the BEST! He served so many people during the free reception, all by himself. He was a 1 man show! He had the BEST attitude! He was always smiling and engaging each and every guest, while hustling to get the work done! We were so impressed with Kenny! That man deserves a pay raise!!

The breakfast buffet was way better than most hotels. The pool was big and clean. The room was big, but the AC didn't cool things down quite enough.

The restaurant was closed until further notice, so that was a bummer. They did have a bar with a cocktail hours, which used to be unlimited drinks, but the day they arrived they changed it to 2 drinks per guest. Maybe they could have changed it to 2 liquor drinks per guest and unlimited beer & wine??

Amazing place! Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews we LOVED IT! Staff was friendly. Views are gorgeous. Lobby is so clean and they have fresh lemon water for you. Overall an amazing stay for what you pay

The pool access was easy and safe. The served breakfast choices mornings were good.

Trash bags piled up, broken equipment (lamps) left in corner areas of hotel. Elevator (northeast area) flooring needing of major repairs.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean and pool and hot tub were also nice.

$10 fee for parking. Plenty of parking spaces for guest...no need to charge.
