The staff was great and very helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The view of the mountain was beautiful too. The $170 was a pretty good price for a studio room

The tv volume was set to 100 and the remote didnt allow us to lower the volume, tv didnt have the button to lower volume as well so we couldnt use the tv without it blasting sound and possibly bothering the next room

GREAT staff, from the manager down - they couldn't do enough for you! Found us rides to get to golf courses, very helpful with anything you need. "Speed of the leader, speed of the team"; this leader was on top of everything and it showed throughout the staff. 12 minutes from PGA West golf courses, 12 minutes the other way to "downtown" shopping and restaurants. Nothing really walkable from the hotel itself. Really good room setups with plugs and USBs everywhere; kitchenettes fully functional and appreciated.

Bed mattress was pretty hard so never slept really well. No sweets at breakfast except for waffles. Construction next door caused massive amounts of dust and dirt to blow right at the hotel, cover our cars with dirt, and give us some respiratory problems (not normal for us). Not their fault, but until that construction is done, you should avoid this place if you have reparatory issues.

The rooms here are actually serviced apartments, which was awesome! They have dishwashers, dishes, pots and pans, so you can actually spend some time, prepare some meals, recharge from eating junk food all the time. The views of the desert mountains are breathtaking. There's a Costco right next door, so bring your membership card and tank up on the cheap (but long lines, so plan ahead). The rooms have their own little living space, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon Prime subscription to the TVs, and just kick back and get away from the hectic life of Los Angeles. Do note, the drive to Joshua Tree is 1h to 1h30m or so. It's a great place to stay, would come here again for a longer stay.

The hotel rooms, lobby, etc are new and modern. Very stylish! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The pool and outdoor areas were really nice as well.

Our air conditioning unit was crazy loud, and RIGHT next to the bed. Like a helicopter landing. Literally shook our room. But once we reported it to the front desk the next morning they had a maintenance person address it the same day.

With the high cost for a Residence Inn, it was strange that you had to be there three nights to actually have room service. Even a nightly drop off of new towels and coffee pods would have meant a lot.

The breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the variety of choices, and the hot food.

We were happy with everything. No complaints.

I liked how safe it was. It was also very spacious both outside the parking lot and in our room. I also like the colors inside and outside the hotel. Especially on the inside, very soft warm colors. Nothing Tacky.

Property was clean. People were friendly. Room was nice.

Breakfast was not so good. No bacon. No sausage by its self. You had a choice of scrambled eggs or a sausage biscuit that was doughy. 1 waffle station.

Nice exercise area, and the pool seemed nice. Staff was very helpful and we were able to have Amazon packages delivered to hotel for us. Breakfast was good, and room was very comfortable and plenty of space.

Parking isn't great.

The property was around plenty of fast food restaurants and directly right next to a LoneStar Steakhouse which was incredibly delicious!
