This is a well organized property with very pretty grounds. Our suite was a very nice size with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was equipped with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher and a small but functional cooktop. There were all the basic dishes, glasses and cookware to allow for simple meals in the room. The suite also had a large balcony with a table and chairs that overlooked the beautiful courtyard landscaping. The facility was quiet and well kept.

The mattress on our queen size bed was shot. It was like sleeping in a hammock. My wife and I did not sleep well due to the condition of the mattress.

We made reservations here to break up a long day of travel to family event near Thousand Oaks. The location made for an easier trip across the LA basin.

We had a one bedroom villa, which was fine. However, everything seems to have been built for people over 6’ tall and not petite women. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo instead of a walk-in shower and it was not comfortable. The facility is in need of phased remodel. Additionally, the site charges $25 per day for self- parking in a city where you need a car to do anything, and there was is no offsite parking as this is a gated resort. I don’t mind paying for parking at hotels in a major downtown area … such as San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago …. but paying to park in a private lot in a private resort in Palm Springs for a single vehicle is a junk fee.

Beautiful Property, very convenient for what our weekend entailed, and somewhat of a reasonable price. Loved all the emanates the Villas come with from cooking utensils, extra pillows and bedding Great. I did ask for late check out at check in and was told to call day of check out and Manager was very accommodating and let us check out at 1pm instead of 10am

didn’t like the parking fee’s add at check in Booking.com charged me 781$ for the weekend including fee’s and at arrival I ended up getting charged 891$ for the weekend 🙁

I loved the mattress on the bed, loved the pools, scenery around the pools, robes provided.

ok ... so everything was fine, the mattress was fabulous, loved the robes, so nice that they re supplied us with coffee, towels and cleaned every other day plus pool area was very nice BUT WE had these ugly bugs that kept reappearing in the bathroom. I'm afraid of ugly bugs. So unfortunately that will be my memory of the resort.

I love the room's privacy and soundproofing, so it was very quiet, and I didn't hear the other guests. I also thought the view I had in my room was very nice. Also, Laundry Washer, so kick butt.

I would have loved more streaming apps on the TV. I would have liked more soundproofing for the Washer and dryer, but it is still very cool. Light instructions would be good. Wasn't clear what needed to stay on so the lights can be flicker on and off.

I love the space that we had when we booked a 2 bedroom villa. It was more than comfortable to host multiple families that stood at the resort. The beds are super comfy and we love the black out curtains. There was more than enough space to entertain with a dining room table and barstools with counter space. We also utilized our outdoor patio grill. Just love this property.

Unfortunately my complaints would be that one of our rooms was not ready by check in. It wasn't ready until an hour after check in at 5pm. When it was ready, it was impossible to find parking near our building. (sucks on a 114 degree day) We had to double park to unload and then try and find parking nearby. Lastly, the steps to get in the pool were very slippery. A couple of my guests as well as myself and my toddler son slipped on the steps getting into the baby pool. I understand that the hotel was operating under full capacity over a holiday weekend and otherwise the staff was great and as accommodating as possible.

The location was perfect for being in the desert, it didn't feel like you were in the desert. The Villa was nice a cozy but the parking was awful. I would have to park 3 villa's away from mine and I can't really walk that far.

When checking in there were too many people checking in at the same time and I am hearing impaired and had a hard time understanding what was being said to me because everyone's voice was getting louder around me so they could hear each other. When I was checking out I had a question and of course the staff member who checked me in was not there so the staff member could not answer my question.

Rooms were very clean and cozy, with plenty of space to move around. Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and furniture all looked in great condition, even the fridge looked brand new!

I was unaware/not expecting to pay for parking, however it is somewhat understandable considering the limited parking spaces. A free parking pass for the first vehicle, or perhaps a reduced $15/night price for parking would have been preferred.

Our group was occupying 8 rooms and 16 people of high school alumni who traveled all the way from South Korea for golf tour at Palm Springs. So thoughtful consideration of providing tiny salt and pepper, detergent for washing machine, etc. Whole my friends enjoyed staying at the Westin Mission Hills Villas. It would have been impeccable if it was free parking.

I really liked this resort! Pool and grounds were beautiful and there were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool! Staff were really friendly! I especially liked the card we were given with a number that we could text if we required anything for our room! Response was very quick and they followed up with a phone call to ensure we received our request!

When we arrived I told the front desk I had made a mistake and booked a Queen Villa when it should’ve been a King. I was told the front desk staff couldn’t make any changes oto room type that I’d have to call the Marriott’s 1-800 number! I have never had a hotel not be able to accommodate my request at their front desk! We kept the Queen room but as we were staying for 5 nights it was not as comfortable as a king suite! The rooms also are not very soundproofed and we could clearly hear our neighbours shower through our bedroom wall!
