This was a last minute booking for a single night. The room was clean and spacious. The facility seems like it is fairly new. The Continental breakfast was there, but nothing extraordinary about it.

The person at the front counter didn't know how to look up bookings through this site. I was told that I didn't have a reservation there, and that I should go to the Indio location to see if the reservation got mixed up. He was unwilling to check with the other location to see if that was the case. I called the other location before driving another 20 minutes that would have led to another turn away. I went back in and gave him my conformation number and my information and he still said I didn't have reservation. I happened to notice my reservation on the screen and pointed it out. The Staff just said oh, I didn't see that. Not the end of the world, but unnecessary had he been properly trained on their systems.

I stay frequently at this hotel when I travel to California to visit family, friends, and for recreation. It is an excellent halfway point to stop between Phoenix and Los Angeles. I love this hotel since it's located very close to the I-10 freeway, the rooms are up to date and are very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee are excellent always.

I don't have any negative comments, I really enjoyed my last stay as well.

Beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated, room was comfy, staff at front desk was friendly. We live close but stayed the night for New Years and it was close to everything that we wanted to do, including dinner.

I cannot have gluten so breakfast wasn’t good for me. It would really nice if there were gluten free options (muffins, more fresh fruit besides bananas). I didn’t see juice either, I may have missed it but OJ would have been really nice.

Clean and comfortable, decent coffee and hot breakfast. This is what I look for in a wonderful stay. A large bathroom and counter space to put my toiletries is icing on the cake.

Elevator is slow and bumpy when operating. I have never had to sit and wait around for 2 hours when there was rooms available because I wasn’t a Marriot Bonvoy member.

The front desk staff was great.Friendly, helpful and nice.The breakfast set up was above and beyond.I liked how the room is set up, you don't experience much noise from the hall.

This might sound weird but the door to our room was hard for me to open.We're seniors and I don't have a lot of strength. My husband had to help.No lotion in the bathroom.

I had two queen beds with a bathtub in the bathroom which I like. Very clean room. Looks brand new, the carpet, the bedding, the bathroom, everything fresh and clean. Excellent breakfast! No complaints at all. Really good coffee which is a lovely way to start the day! And the cost was very reasonable.

The room was comfortable and quiet - even though it was right next to the elevator. The front desk staff and breakfast area staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was.

Unfortunately, only one elevator was working when we were staying there. The only operating elevator was painfully slow. It was quicker to walk all the way to the end of the hall and take the stairs.

It was very clean, from the entrance to the room itself. I love how free lemon water & coffee is provided 24/7 for all guests. Complimentary breakfast is also very good. Overall all staff was friendly & helpful

Room was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. Every member of staff I encountered was so friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
