I very much enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus! The staff was soo helpful, professional and accommodating! The rooms are spacious, very clean, with a small fridge, microwave, sitting area, dividing/partition wall separating bedroom from livingroom, 2 televisions, 1 for each room, and lots of space for your clothes. Bathroom was big and very well lit. Elevators were quick and had 2 instead of 1 like most hotels. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good and the eating area is big! But my favorite thing was the large coffee dispenser in the lobby! Available 24 hours! It serves different kinds of hot coffees (ex: Lattes, cappuccino, espresso, mocha, black coffee, hot chocolate. And hot water for their selection of hot teas. It was awesome! Last, the location is great! Right off the 10 frw. Next to a drive thru Starbucks, a Mc Donald's, across from Goody's and Denny's, and right down the street from Inn n OUT and Del TACO 🌮. Oh and a small taco truck with delish food. I mean, across the light and comes at night only! Okay, one more thing, you are 2 minutes away from the Agua Caliente Casino!

If I had to pick on something, it would be the parking. I am disabled and there was ample parking but lots of cars and the handicap parking was not available to me. But I did manage to find a spot nearby.

Very good breakfast every morning. Our room was very large! Two queen beds, but it was big enough for another queen bed! We easily drove to Rancho mirage, indio, and palm springs. All within 10 to 20 minutes. Very, very close to the agua caliente Casino. We also really enjoyed the 24-hour coffee, hot chocolate, espresso, and tea bar in the lobby.

Cathedral City seems to be a windy area. Not a big deal but it would be nice for the Breakfast area to offer an oat or almond milk.

Room was very clean and massive, almost TOO big. It looked like they could have fit three queen beds in the room easily. The breakfast was substantial and the staff was helpful.

The location off the interstate is a bit far from the lively areas and there is nothing really close to the hotel (except Starbucks and McDonald's). And the cost is high when you consider its just a hotel next to a freeway.

Excellent location near the Acrisure Arena, where my wife and I were attending a concert. New construction with clean, modern rooms. Very helpful staff on check-in. Bed was softer than I prefer, but I still got an excellent night’s sleep. Hot breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had at a hotel of this type. Free hot chocolate at the 24-hour beverage dispenser was a plus for my wife.

This location is very convenient to the I-10 interstate. That’s good for easy freeway access, but it does come with the drawback of being able to hear the traffic from your room. My recommendation would be to ask for an odd-numbered room that faces away from the highway.

The 1 bedroom King Suite is quite like a 1 bedroom apartment. I would definitely recommend that particular room for anyone who is planning an extended stay. It makes a wonderful home away from home if you are going to the desert on business or pleasure.

The only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have a try to take breakfast up to the room. The 1 bedroom king suite has a great eat-in counter top.

Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and moist, the sausage patties were good and there was a good variety of breads to choose from. There were also two Belgian waffle makers available. It was nice to have a hot meal.

Attended breakfast about an hour before closing. I wish there could have been a bit more variety of hot foods (ex. bacon AND sausage, or scrambled eggs AND omelets). The trashcans were overfilled and were not being emptied and the kitchen ran out of almost everything so that anyone who got there within thirty minutes of closing were out of luck.

Friendly and knowledgeable clerks about the hotel and the area around the hotel, like immediate care center, or near-by places to eat, or shopping places. Quiet hours for sleeping. Cleaning ladies were very hard-working. Location of hotel was very convenient for us. Elevator was always in working order and arrived quickly to my floor.

Eggs and sausage each morning was rather boring. A delicious pastry to go with coffee would be desirable. A small tray to take coffee, fruit or fruit juice, and a pastry or toast up to the room. Need 3 garbage cans per room: one for the bathroom and two for the room. Standing sign, near the dining area to remind guests of the breakfast hours for each day.

Stayed here twice to attend Coachella Music Festival.both times have been great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Water pressure is a little low in the shower, but not bad. Walking distance to McDonald's,tacobell. Starbuck and am/pm. Target and walmart are about 20 min away.highwy access is close by. Hotel is very quiet. Will keep staying here in the future.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were quiet. I had a 2 bdrm suite with kitchen and it was perfect for our stay. Towels were clean. Location was perfect, quick access to freeway and short drive to restaurants. We stayed for Coachella Music festival and the drive was not bad at all we did about 25 min or less each day. Would stay here again but I'm sure they are booked for Coachella every year.

I arrived early Friday and called to ask if the room could possibly be ready early, they said an hour, this was 11am. Had breakfast and drove to the hotel and the lady then told me another hour and a half, we stayed and waited another hour and so I asked another employee that had just came on his shift and he said he didn't know, so. now it's close to 3:30pm and we were supposed to be at Coachella Festival at 12pm. We could not wait, so we left to the festival and did not arrive back at the hotel till after the festival was over around 1:30am the next morning and had to go through the whole check in process, not very happy that I was pushed off for almost 3 hours and made it late to the festival.

It could help if night shift front desk was a littlrle bit more warm, a more welcoming and friendly vibe would help after a long drive. He was ok and efficient checking us in, though. So not really a problem, just my personal preference.
