Lovely brewery nearby as well as a few other food options all within walking distance. Staff were all lovely and you can tell they put a lot of work into keeping the place nice. Room had a data jack so you aren't forced to use their sub-par wireless service.

Internet service needs work. I can tell by the signal levels per band that some thought was put into things but the APs are either hilariously oversubscribed or have something else going on with them because if you're trying to do anything more intense than checking emails you're in for a very intermittent experience.

The breakfast choices were great. I didn't care for the egg selection (the potatoes or hashbrowns, whatever they were supposed to be, were terrible), but the yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, fruit selections were great. Staff kept everything stocked or cleaned during breakfast time, Staff was great without seeming to be hovering. Excellent!

Couldn't make hot water in room. There was always hot water downstairs. The bathroom bench was poorly installed, it was angled towards the floor, resulting in water all over the floor. As a result making shower time hampered. Staff was great about following up about issues but didn't always know fixes.

Everything was great. The location was perfect.

Breakfast had a good selection of food.

We left around 9:00 am and did not get back until 1:30 pm and the room had not been cleaned. Was disappointed, so we just asked for clean towels. Also had hair in the shower that was not ours. Cleaned it out ourselves. Twenty five dollars a night for a dog is a bit much. I think a deposit would be better, then inspection the room before the people leave and if there was no damage get the deposit back. Kids do more damage!!!

+ We stayed there for only 1 night within our roadtrip. Perfect location. Central and near from most of the activities. The Main Street of downtown Palm Springs, the Indian Canyons, Living Desert and highway between LA and Phoenix were just minutes away by car. + The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful. He got us a baby crib as requested. + Room was very big and huge bathroom. Everything was Clean, modern with big comfortable bed. + Free parking lot with lot of available spaces. + Breakfast included was OK. + Pool that we could not try it because of the season. + Few restaurants/fast foods around the area.

- Breakfast was ok for 1 night but would not eat there for a whole week as basic American breakfast is not my taste for a long period of time. But overall, everything was great during our stay. :-)

Easy access to elevators. Room itself was well appointed and even had motorized window coverings. Mattress was exceptionally comfortable Included breakfast was quite good. Plentry of variety. Even had an automated pancake machine. Breakfast area was clean and kept that way by frequent attention from staff. Eating area offered a connected outdoor patio.

Long walk down corriidor to reach accessible room at very end of hall. Did not make sense to locate an accessible room so far away from the elevators. Pllows sucked. Way too soft. Houskeeping was short-staffed. Left hotel at 9:30 in the morning and returned at 4:30 in the afternoon to find the room had not be touched. Front desk advised that housekeeping was still working and room was finally made up at 5:15. After that (stayed four days) room was made up promptly each morning.

The facilities looked new and fresh. Loved the Dove soap and lotions in the bathroom, and the 100% cotton towels were amazing. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the 2 types of pillows to choose from. And I was especially impressed with the window shades, which kept the room dark in the morning so much better than the black out curtains in other hotels

When parking on the side of the building, we were unable to open the door to center the building, so we had to walk around the building to the front entrance.

Facility was nice, roomy and clean. It is on a quiet street but close to restaurants - walking distance in good weather.. Parking is plentiful

The first room we were assigned (RN 125) has the pool equipment bldg just outside the room - maybe 4 ft away. Running equipment noise could be heard through the wall. I'm sure this would impact the ability to sleep in the room. The staff moved us to a room on the other side of the hall. Good thing the place wasn't full. They should take 123, 125, and 127 out of service and use the space for something else.

The hotel is very modern and it shows - every detail has been thought out. From power sockets both sides of the bed , double glazing, cassette style blackout blinds, comfy chair , air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator. Really nice to have a night light in the bathroom, good shower and Dove branded toiletries supplied. The bed was amazing , plenty of towels and a great pool , hot tub gym and laundry facilities. Breakfast is good for a help yourself style buffet. We stayed 10 nights in the USA and this was one of the best hotels and also one of the best value.

Loved the cleanliness and the fact that the curtain’s blocked outside lights! Breakfast was yummy and the staff was great!

I didn’t like that I could not get Reward points from the hotel because I had booked through Booking.com. As a loyal customer of IGH I should receive those points towards a free room regardless of who I did my booking with, it’s not a fair way to deal with a customer.
