The check in staff was extremely friendly especially when she found out that she grew up in the town next to where we were from. The room was spacious and had a glorious view of the mountain and of the pool. In the morning, I went for a walk and wanted to see if the gym was open so I could do my prenatal stretches but it wasn’t. However, one of the maintenance workers was kind enough to open the door and allowed me to use the facility. It was honestly such a wonderful place for our weekend getaway.

It would have been nice if there were earlier hours for the gym. My husband would’ve wanted to work out but decided not to because he read the hours on the paper. I just got really lucky.

Wonderful resort! The staff was excellent and provided fantastic customer service! Loved the laundry service, Jacuzzi, pool, gym!, golf nearby, walking trails, great layout of condo, parking garage!, the small cozy AND gated neighborhood, and so many more amenities! Thank you!!

There was not anything that we didn't like!

It was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view.

Arriving at 19.30h I was not expecting to be that difficult to check-in. You can not enter the property unless someone opens the automated door accessible only by car. Our attempts to reach the staff on the phone was not successful - we got to an answering machine telling us to call in the business hours. After some 15 min I have found the villa where the reception is located and had to knock on the window the get attention. The we got the keys and I have moved all the luggage (using the stairs) to the second floor only to find that the door lock is not working. Then I was really very angry. We got an upgrade to a bigger size villa with garage, but the overall experience was not pleasant. Carpet has to be changed as it smells.

Our room and the property is clean. The bathroom is a good size with plenty of counter space for toiletries, etc. Parking is convenient. Located in a nice area. Very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Difficult to get through the gate. Finally followed another car through.

The grounds were impeccable, would have liked to see that same care inside the room. While the room was spacious, the furnishings were outdated. I also did not like the non-locking garages. The people staying next to us left early, and they left the garage door up and our car exposed. Thankfully, nothing was taken. Also, for guests arriving at night, it would be nice to have a more visible sign letting guests know where the office is and how to get there. For the price I paid ($149), it was a great value, but for the price normally charged for the room (I believe it was $396), not so much.

The beautiful surroundings and the closeness to everything we needed.

Pool area and grounds were well kept and studio suite was very clean.

Studio suite only had a double bed so not as comfortable for 2 adults. There were no windows to open for fresh air and the Air conditioning was noisy.

The layout of the rooms, bathroom double sinks, king size bed, everything clean, sheets OK, towels good, plenty of room for two people. If you like no clutter and simplicity, this place is perfect for you. Front windows look out onto a large common garden area that was very pretty. Very quiet and slept really well. Could have easily stayed longer.

Really not much. Furniture was not the newest and not the most comfortable, but not really that uncomfortable either. Since I'm an artist, I did miss some nice art work.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. A good deck over looking the pool was great for meals. A good kitchen wth enough supplies to make a decent meal. very comfortable bed The ladies at the front desk were excellent and very friendly. They gave us an extension on check out so we could do some business. very appreciated!

The pillows were terrible hard lumps I had to but my own. no kettle the pump for the pool has a very loud buzzing that comes on every couple of minutes. it was so irritating that I couldn’t hang out there. not sure why this is. it’s a longer walk to the pool if you stay in the upper unit

Great size value for the price. Location is great. Staff is very friendly & responsive. Overall would stay again & again. This is our second time here as it is.

Bed was a little hard & the tv could use an upgrade to a smart tv.

the place is very homey, the shared garage is cool. we liked the location( near a lot little shopping centers) everything worked as it should. it is very comfortable, pool is nice at night and clean. really cool little getaway location.

we did not like that the ceiling fan was in the Kitchen and not over the bed, I understand why it was there but it still gets hot (and the ac is locked at 75f) so some moving air would be nice. the walls (at least in our room) where thin can hear into the other rooms. shower head is a little low we are both 5’10/5’11 and it was at about forhead level. not a huge deal but eh worth the mention.
