Paradise in Palm Springs! Your vacation begins when you enter the resort! It starts with a valet service for your car (prices are well communicated) and a beautiful entrance in the main lobby. The staff was very friendly and we got a free upgrade of our room to be closer to our children. What a treat l! Being a fan of vintage interiors this is to place to be. Also the garden is well maintained with a peaceful adult pool and somewhat smaller pool for with children. The Spa is massive with friendly staff! We have booked a table at Norma and hope it will be as great as the rest of the stay. I really don’t understand the lower reviews of this hotel. If you appreciate interior design, peacefulness, nice gardens and proper hotel guests this the place to go in Palm Springs!

The staff are lovely. The concierges were delightful, fun and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The grounds are beautifully kept and the room was clean and well serviced as well as being a treat for the eyes. The lobby is designed with such a sense of flair, including separate spaces to chill out. The meal and service at Mr Parkers was excellent.

The bathroom lay-out for a twin share room was not great, with double doors that don't actually close properly and the toilet is not in a separate room. This may be okay for couples, but not for a twin share.

Omar the director helped us so very much bracing the wildfires this pas weekend. made us feel so welcome at the last minute when every airbnb was booked. Very lovely stay and helped us tremendously is setting us up in a nice room.

Beds could be a little more comfortable.

Loved the mid century styling, friendly & efficient staff, especially on arrival by the concierge team. The gardens, the Yacht Club, just beautiful.

The style and design of the property was very cool and we were delighted with our room layout, interconnected rooms and access to the pool.

The management failed to tell us on booking or pre arrival that the lobby and the restaurants would be closed for renovations. Had to walk thru a back hallway and around the garden on the grass to check in. Obviously the restaurant being out of action was also a pain. I realise hotels must make renovations, but to not inform us and take away the option to choose to stay somewhere else. Also room rates were not subject to a discount and they charged us for mini bar usage daily which we did not use.

This outrageously expensive. We were charged an extra $52 per day parking when we checked out. It’s a valet system and the poor guys are overwhelmed. We waited between 15 and 40 minutes for our car every time we left the property. They’re all overwhelmed. The staff in the cafe are so lovely but we had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast table even though the cafe was half full because they were understaffed. It’s super noisy. We had the party goers coming in till 1:30am and the babies up at 5. It’s not a place to go and catch up on sleep.

First room with terrace opened ob the parking and in front of the room cleaning staff means so loud inside and outside. Nicely they changed us for a good room spacious we accepted without any view or light (windowd barred and blocked) but the worst is to come this room was stuck to the changing rooms of all the personal of the hotel so from 5:45am rill 2 am we hear bang in our room like a hammer knocking (it was just normal opening and closing of the room) the door is direct partnof the wall of our room it it makes sense
