The location was good. you need a car to stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Waffles, juice, fruit, all kinds of bagels and rolls, croissants, eggs (hard boiled), breads, wonderful coffees and teas. Happy hour in the afternoon with wine, beers, nuts, snacks. The pool was right outside our door. Great firepit, BBQ, sun chairs, towels. Everything clean and neat. Blanca , the manager, is a gem. She is on site daily, and is happy to provide you with anything you need. It is a peaceful haven where you can spend hours quietly, enjoying the sun and the birds and beautiful flowers. E

The lighting in the rooms is dim. I have eye issues and couldn't read. There is a TV but the stations are hard to negotiate.

Very pleasant setting on a quiet side street off E. Palm Canyon Drive with a heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping. The manager of the property was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was reachable by phone in the evening and she prepared a nice breakfast for us in the morning. Our room was not large but the bed was very comfortable and there were thoughtful touches (flower, cold drinks, cookies). Although we didn’t use the pool because we just stayed overnight, the water was warm in mid-winter, and the garden setting with flowers and hummingbirds was pleasant—and peaceful, thanks to the hotel’s adults-only policy.

The hotel was staffed onsite only up to 5PM; after 5PM we accessed the property with a code for the lock. Perhaps this was because most rooms were vacant mid-week when we were there.

Blanca the manager was wonderful! So kind and so sweet, she made our stay perfect! The room was super comfortable and the pool right outside. All the staff were always kind and helpful..The mood is quaint with fountains, humming birds, fire pits and plenty of relaxed seating. A place to relax and unwind. We loved sitting in the shade of the garden having breakfast. The fact it is adults only was a plus for us, and the breakfast was lovely. Great for us who don't need a big meal but European style, delicious toast/croissants, eggs, bagels and great coffee... When its hot that is perfect, then jump into the pool. Excellent!I Miss it already...we will return very soon Blanca! :) Gracias!

It was great. The staff was lovely, the public area was great, no one was ever in the pool, which I loved. I liked the products in the bathroom and the self serve happy hour. A cozy boutique hotel where you feel welcome and takencar of.

The only thing that could have been better was if the breakfast was organic (Skippy peanut butter is not the healthiest) and if there was fresh squeezed orange juice instead of the kind available. Oh, also there could be a couple things in the bathroom, too, like some Q tips or cotton pads.

Many reviews describe this place as an oasis and as soon as we arrived we totally got why - the courtyard with with the pool is an inviting, lush, quiet, relaxing space with fountains and hummingbirds that you just never want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly, poolside happy hour was great and so is the coffee.

Breakfast was pretty standard, and not sure why this is listed as 5 star hotel. Don't get me wrong - we loved it, will for sure come back and the place is amazing but that star rating seems inaccurate so if you are looking for 5 starts this isn't it but that shouldn't stop you from booking there!

The accommodation is situated in a beautiful environment. It's a peaceful oasis, accessible only to adults, so there's no need to worry about noise. We interacted with three staff members, all of whom were very kind and helpful. Our room opened directly to the pool, allowing us to refresh ourselves anytime. The quality and layout of the room were perfect for two people. Breakfast was good, although I wouldn't call it continental as described. I would say it's more like an American breakfast. Overall, we received excellent service during our one-week stay. We would go back.

The property was small and private. Staff was very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations of local spots to dine and visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were even fresh cookies greeting us in the room when we arrived. The atmosphere was perfect for a getaway.

Rooms were on the smaller side, although very clean. The rooms are close to each other and the doors were glass, the screens and curtains for privacy helped.

Breakfast was very good. Asked for decaf coffee (have an allergy toward caffeine) broke out with hives. Didn’t think the machine worked right. The blest was certainly adequate 👍

Cocktail hour was very nice the first day when Blanca was there. 2nd day was ok, the day before cheese and crackers were put out again but soggy from being refrigerated. Blanca’s day off.

This place is a GEM! It is exceptionally clean, offers nice amenities, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Alfredo truly understands the essence of hospitality. During our stay, the hotel was partially booked, which created a delightfully exclusive atmosphere, as if we had reserved a mansion just for ourselves! The pool is spacious and impeccably maintained, while the hot tub and the grill area are incredibly inviting. Conveniently, there's a Ralphs store across the street where you can purchase food for a BBQ and then return to the hotel to grill! The kitchen area is fully stocked with plates, utensils, spices, and everything you might need. Moreover, the hotel serves a satisfying breakfast along with delicious coffee. It is evident that every detail has been thoughtfully attended to with love. I would absolutely love to stay there again!

None, the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Despite being smaller in size, it offers a warm and welcoming ambiance that feels like a family-owned establishment. It's refreshing to find a place that treats their guests with such genuine care and hospitality.

The location suited our needs since we had our own vehicle. It is not walking distance, necessarily to the main part of town, but just a short 5-minute drive. We loved the staff, the pool area, the personal attention, the smallness and quietness of this boutique hotel. It gave a European vibe to us. Alfredo and Blanca are charming and accommodating. We love mimosas by the pool on Sunday and the breakfast each day was more than adequate. We enjoyed chatting with other guests and staff. We loved the location of our ground floor room #7. Though some reviews complained about noise, we did not experience this during our stay. Also loved free parking right at the somewhat hidden, main door entry. Our expectations were exceeded, and we plan to return in the fall.
