The room was spacious and clean. Mountain view was beautiful and property well situated just outside of the town center on a bus route. Upon arriving I had a request regarding my room, the staff addressed my concern quickly and professionally and even went a little above and beyond

The volume of the speakers around the adult pool were sporadically loud when they didn’t need to be. Mid day, one couple at the pool reading and may have enjoyed a quieter atmosphere. The pool was empty later in the evening and the music was Vegas party loud. I found when I approached the staff they swiftly adjusted the volume.

Modern appeal, friendly staff, and very clean, well kept property. Would have given a higher score had there been clean pool towels available. We sat in the pool lounge area for over an hour waiting for clean towel service. :(

The hotel was very clean overall and staff was friendly. Its only about a 5 to 10 minute drive to get to entertainment, restaurants, shops and museums in downtown Palm Springs. The pricing was competitive and a great value overall, with the exception of the stratospheric pricing of their on-site restaurant.

The water pressure in our shower was poor. Also the restrooms by the adult pool were always out of order. Finally, the prices at their onsite restaurant, Gigi's, were absolute highway robbery. I'm sure the restaurant is leased and not managed by the hotel, but management's decision to lease to a restaurant that is not aligned with the competitive pricing of the hotel was a complete miss. This prevented us from taking advantage of eating at a restaurant that would otherwise be so conveniently located.

Our second stay at the V (first stay was under Sonder ownership), and we enjoyed it. We appreciate the separate, adult-only pool area, the generously sized bathroom and the filtered water dispenser is a bonus. The V is adjacent to one of our favorite neighborhoods (Twin Palms), and we love going for walks by the houses and in Moorten Botanic Gardens.

The keypad to the pool area didn't work well, and the cushions for the pool area have seen better days. Otherwise, the V provides a great value for the money.

Location was great - adjacent to a couple of restaurant choices and 5-7 minutes from the convention center. Last time I was in the area, I stayed at a competitor proerty about a block away and this was comparable in price and better in terms of quality of stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room was attended to daily by maid service which was honestly not expected as so many properties have moved to an every other day model unless service is requested specifically. Would stay again.

Some other reviewers mentioned cleanliness. I found my room basically clean, though the marine-grade floor covering had some staining. Temps outside during my stay hit a high in the low 80s, dropping comfortably at night. I did need to run the AC though, and found it rather noisy as well as coming on what seemed way too frequently and not quite cooling the room enough even though set at 67 for the night. So despite the comfy bed, sleep was so-so between the noise and warmth. Other reviewers noted noisy nighttimes, but I did not find this to be the case - my building was located toward the back of the property away from the Highway 111 traffic. I did note that there was a white noise machine available in the room but I did not need to use it.

The location of V Palm Springs was ideal for exploring the surrounding Palm Springs city. The bathroom was great, lots of TV streaming options, good WiFi, and the room was cleaned and serviced every day. I would stay at V Palm Springs again on a future visit.

My hotel room's bedroom area had only one working lamp by the bed, so most of the room was unusually dark. The in-room coffee maker was in a dark corner, making it somewhat difficult to use in the morning.

The family pool was such a great added benefit. Our kids really enjoyed it and even made some friends with the other little ones! The location was also perfect. We easily walked to other hotels for breakfast and enjoyed Gigi's.

The rooms are fairly small and we had a balcony looking out to other buildings. We spent most of our time at the pool so that was ok! Otherwise, music is on until about 10 pm on weekends so be sure to have a sound machine handy. I noticed the room actually provides those, too!

Basic room and facility; comfortable, quiet, nice pool area, roomy jacuzzi. Mixed clientele. Fitness center is very rudimentary, but useful if you want to do some exercise. Nice location. Parking was available and sufficient. Rooms are serviced every day if you wish, which is nice. Not too far/not too close to downtown. Easy access to anywhere.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Some small hotels have, and it's a great convenience, but I suppose the hotel has its own considerations about that.

The property was not what we expected, it was better! Cute and looked like it had been recently renovated. The room was small but it was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower. Our room had a cute little balcony with seating, however our view from our balcony was just a parking lot that faced another property, so we did not use the balcony. The room had a refrigerator and coffee supplies. Although there was a bar on site, we did not visit it. Check in was quick. The hotel is located near downtown area that has many places to eat and shop.

We did not like that we were placed in the far back of the hotel and our view was a parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else.

We liked the resort feel about the place. The pool area was lovely. The room was spacious and bathroom was huge! The hotel was located not too far from town, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The view of the mountains from the pool deck was really beautiful.

The air conditioner was really loud so we just had the windows open at night. However, the cleaners came early so we would get woken up by them-bonus though, we knew the pool was clean :)
