Staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and very attentive to any requests. Rooms are updated, spacious, comfortable bedding, wonderful air conditioning, mini-fridge, microwave, and flat screen TV.

Nice size clean room. Location was Great. Plenty of safe parking. Laundry service was excellent, friendly and really cared. Felt really safe in this compound.

Not much not to like here.

They were very welcoming and polite greeted my Boyfriend and i .,made me feel at ease checking in . The rooms were great he was very helpful , the owner of the place . the lady was nice and welcoming as well . Great housekeeper best very kind and you can tell she loves working there and she should get a raise . Over all great place I say forget the rest stay at the adara and very private clean no bugs no trouble very calm quite lovely hotel

I like it all

Great budget hotel if you only need to spend a few nights in Palm Springs. The location is excellent. A few minutes by bus gets you to the best places downtown and the bus runs frequently. AC works great, room was clean (but very old). The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like much were the common areas by the pool. They sort of felt like a neglected hostel instead of a hotel. The pool was clean but they need to do something about all the detritus from the palm trees.

The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The pool were clean and a lot of fun in this summer heat.

The owners are the most wonderful people and always are very welcoming. They treat you like family and cater to any need you have!

The people that hang out near by that ask you for money. The hotel has no control over this and I understand the frustration.

The hotel was great for my trip. Clean and comfy - nice king bed and good sheets. Bathroom was old school, but a great tiled shower with room for two! Pool/hottub area kept tidy and towels for the pool are provided. I didn't have a vehicle, so the bus stop right in front of hotel was perfect (bus trip costs $1). Within a 15 min walk there are many optons for eating. All staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Will def stay again.

Would have liked heated pool

I have been staying at The Adara for years and will continue to be my top pick in Palm Springs. Parking is near rooms, rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great! Big clean pool and nice jacuzzi. Very quiet most of the time. 2 minutes from Agua Caliente driving, same to downtown Palm Springs. Safe area.

This last stay, I was hoping to use the jacuzzi, but it was not in working order.

Very good check in. We were given some excellent advice from the owner. Nice walk to Downtown (around 20-25 minutes) Very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Quiet location. Everything we needed at a bargain price.

It was all good. Suited our needs.
