Check-in and check-out was super quick and convenient! The room was the perfect size for 2 people. We loved having the pool so close to our room and couldn’t hear any noise coming when we were inside our room. The Le Labo products were a plus as they smelled amazing!

The trash cans were so so tiny you could barely fit anything inside of them. House keeping is also only upon request by 9am that morning. We were told the bar staff would know about reserving the pool cabanas, but we had to go up to the office who then redirected us to bar staff again and then the chef finally helped us. It was just a bit confusing but ultimately we were able to get one. The A/C was also not working upon arrival to our room which was a bit stressful as it was 90° inside the room. Staff sent someone within the hour to fix it but I felt as if they should’ve checked it out beforehand.

Absolutely loved everything about this newly renovated hotel! It nails the retro-chic vibes of Palm Springs with just the right modern touches, from the design to the fabulous pool experience and everything in between. The in-house restaurant, Minerva's, is a gem – great food and atmosphere. Definitely found my new go-to spot in Palm Springs!

We have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately, this time there was something wrong with the AC in our room. The hotel promptly sent someone to take a look and they reset the unit. It worked for a few hours but broke down in the middle of the night again. My husband got it working again and it was fine until we checked out. Someone did come to follow up in the morning, which we appreciated. We haven’t had issues with AC in other rooms before, so I think we just got unlucky this time.

Gorgeous mountain side property with great pool decor and vibes. Rooms were spacious, although the bathroom was a little tight for 4 of us (2 children). We had a nice balcony room overlooking the pool. Attention to detail throughout the property. Drinks were great, poolside food and from the High Moon restaurant was also good.

Clearly short-staffed on a Mother’s Day weekend. The few staff that were there were hustling, wearing multiple hats, and ensuring that guests were taken care of. Bar service was slower than we would have liked. We requested our room to be turned over multiple times throughout the day, and it finally happened early evening.

Clean, cute and close to everything. The pool is small, but we visited in the off season and it wasn’t crowded. The girls who checked us in on 6/7 were so lovely and really went above and beyond to make us comfortable and start our trip out on a good note.

The concierge in the morning on 6/8 had an attitude and was very rude when we wanted to book our stay longer. We ended up just booking on booking.com instead of through him. The poolside menu changed during our trip to the summer menu. It would have been nice to be notified on our first day that it would be changing because we planned to stay poolside for lunch on the last day and wouldn’t have done so knowing this.

Life House Palm Springs blends the Coachella Valley’s enigmatic beauty with Old Hollywood glamour perfectly. We stayed for only one night but had a delightful experience. The pool area is fantastic, especially when you’re trying to cool down in 120°F weather in early October. The Le Labo amenities were a luxurious touch we really enjoyed.

One area for improvement would be the air conditioning. While it works wonderfully and keeps the room cool, the vent’s airflow is directed straight at the bed with no way to adjust it, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the shower could use better water pressure. Despite these small issues, we loved our stay and would happily return!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel! I came with my sister, and we really enjoyed the experience. The location is fantastic — it’s close to some excellent local restaurants and just an 8-minute Uber ride to the main downtown area for even more dining and shopping options. The pool and pool bar were highlights of our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed and super cute. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway! Rooms: Really well designed. Bed was super comfortable! Rooms have hairdryer, clothing steamer, yoga mat and workout bands. Shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Towels were soft! Nearby activities: Great local restaurants, coffee shops and diner. Safety: 2 women - felt safe!! Walkability: We walked everywhere! Sidewalks everywhere and we felt very safe. Great for long morning walks in all directions. Food & drinks: Good food. There could be more options but happy with what we had. Tried almost all of the pool lunch options over the 3 days.

Vanity was outside of the toilet/shower section. No dresser drawers, just a cabinet with shelves. Small refrigerator in room. Coffee and water in lobby.

Our overall experience and stay was exceptional! Staff were friendly and helpful. I did message upon booking to see if they were able to accommodate early check in and was able to get a quick response they would do their best if possible. Upon arrival which was early afternoon ( 11-11:30 am) on a Saturday I was pleasantly greeted by the front area staff member who was able to get me a room when we arrived. I was shocked and ready to just leave my belongings in their holding area. I know that won’t always be available and I was very happy to start my stay after that surprise. The hotel resides in an area past downtown which was quiet which I prefer on a quick stay. For the most part you can’t miss the palm springs mountain back drop and palm trees no matter where you stay so hospitality will play and more vital role on vacation for myself. The pool area was busy with guests but if I needed anything I was able to speak to staff easily and quickly. As crowded ans it was I had a staff member check on me if I needed seating. It’s first come first serve so it can fill up quick. They do offer day bed services for guests but since this was an overnight stay we only needed two chair beds to occupy for a few hours while the sun was out. Everyone seemed very experienced in hospitality. The rooms were perfect sized and clean! I’m generally not overall picky but walking into a freshly changed over room after my drive made my stay that much better. Although we didn’t eat at the restaurant it looked great and busy later in the night. The area is a little past the downtown where it feels calmer and less congested. We took a late night stroll to a nearby ice cream shop called Kream that was so good. Also lots of cool’s places in walking distance if you want shopping or food choices. Lastly the price for the stay was very reasonable for the amount of hospitality and service this place can provide! Thank Royal Sun for a great stay!
