Beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. Close drive to amenities. Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.

Flooring in the rooms, while pretty, are very slippery when you’re getting out of the shower or just coming in from the pool. Just be aware that the provided coffee packet is for one or two cups, not a full pot of coffee. For that you’ll need to buy filters and ground coffee. Not a big deal but we had to adjust the fridge setting as everything froze which caused us to throw out some items that didn’t freeze well. Saw previous reviews about check in being a pain. I’d say it’s a little bit of a hassle as you need to communicate via email, which in my case went to my junk folder, and text and be sure to read through the instructions. I’d prefer face to face but it really wasn’t that bad. They were very nice and responsive via text.

Loved the room we rented. Comfortable beds and kitchen/eating area. The pool and hot tub were wonderful with great access to ice in that area. The rooms we rented had a lovely patio with table and seating, with shade. The only couple of minor things we noted were in the bathroom: there was minimal hand soap available, no ventilation or fan so that after 3 adults showering, the room was quite steamy and towels took a long time to dry, and the bathroom door would not close. I would definitely recommend BelleVue Oasis-Adults Only to all my family and friends.

Bathroom needs some improvements.

A very spacious and clean room. I was surprised with having f both a front and back patio. I loved how quiet the property was and almost feeling like I had the place to myself. You’re right next to the downtown area which is really nice. The price vs the value is great, especially for the area! The gentlemen working in the afternoon was very friendly, I believe he was different from the person I spoke to early in the morning. Their texting service was prompt with any requests.

The bed does need to be replaced, it is incredibly soft and worn in on one side. If my partner had been there with me I think we would have found sleep to be difficult due to the mattress quality. In the rooms without the kitchen it would still be nice to have some cutlery in the room.

Pleasant small refurbished hotel and grounds. Mature landscaping with lovely scented flowering trees and plants. Felt secluded, quiet, far away from traffic & noise. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Superior King Room had patio with table/chairs at the room's front and back doors. Our room's front patio faced the pool/jacuzzi grounds. The back door patio opened onto an artificial grass mini-golf alley. Clean room, clean thick bath towels, pool towels provided. Would stay again. A lovely change from traditional hotels.

Did not understand how to get checked in as booking.com did not explain. Expected a lobby/check-in counter, there isn't one. Must get codes online to enter property and room. Once we understood and got the codes, it worked out fine. Was temporarily concerned about the meaning of 'Adults Only', but saw that the property doesn't have facilities for children (the pool area is not fenced). We had a superior king room. Bathroom had no counter space for personal effects. Furniture was quasi ~50's and a little rickety/ couch fabric a little grimy, bed was soft but provided comfortable sleep. If you like fancy modern facilities this is not the place for you. If you like quirky old-fashioned charm you might enjoy a stay here.

Love the mid-mod design of the building. The room was nice and spacious. Love that the room was all white, including the bedding. The room was stocked with everything that one needs. I also liked the contactless, easy in and easy check-out. The grounds and pool are really cute, too.

The shower head was awful, with 2 tiny streams of water spitting in all directions except down where it was supposed to fall. It needs some CLR, I think.

It was a wonderful little bouquet hotel that felt very quiet and secluded. I had a very peaceful time enjoying myself by the pool. Also really great value hotel for what you pay. Also loved that it was adults only and no screaming children in the pool area lol. Def recommend!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. They could get better mattresses and it would be amazing.

Free parking. No need to carry around a key card or wristband. The property sends you the gate code and room code. The room had its own outside patios, one in front and one in back, perfect for lounging around enjoying some coffee or reading a book. Each patio had chairs and tables. The pool and hot tub are right outside of all the rooms, making it easy to go back to the room for bathroom breaks. The pool is heated.The room was the size of a studio apartment. It had a kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, small fridge, toaster, coffee maker, sink, pots & pans, and plates & silverware. Also had a table and 3 chairs in the kitchen. There was a small area with a couch by the tv, and the other side of the room had a king-size bed. An iron, a safe, and a hairdryer were available. The room was clean and the air smelled fresh. Overall, felt very laid back and relaxed.

The bed was extremely soft, making it almost impossible to get off it. The shower did not have a lot of water pressure, but it did have two separate shower heads, making it easier to rinse the shampoo out of my hair by using the handheld one to get closer to my scalp. The jets went out in the hot tub the day before we arrived.

The room was great, pretty much everything we asked for. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The grounds were clean and freshly landscaped. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The remote for the ceiling fan was missing and the coffee table was not in the room. The staff brought us one from another room.

This is a sweet little hotel. The rooms are large and bright and the property is pretty and private. Some upgrades are needed, most importantly the mattresses, which are terrible. But we loved our deck and hanging by the pool. The kitchens and bathrooms were spacious and workable. The staff was very helpful.

The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The grounds were kept immaculately manicured and the pool/spa were both very clean. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature. Loved all the greenery growing throughout the grounds.

The king bed in the room was just two full size beds pushed together which was a little wonky. The heater/AC system made these loud clacking noises all night long and adjusting the temperature proved difficult. The canned music being played by the pool seems unnecessary.
