Excellent location for access to downtown and great jumping off point for surrounding attractions. Whole facility was immaculate and especially the pool area and common area. Comfortable and friendly surroundings. Bed was terrific!!

Although our suite was really well equipped, it was missing a couple of things that would've made it more convenient and flat out 10/10. There's a microwave and fridge, but no cutlery or dishes, aside from mugs. We had to go buy paper plates/bowls and plastic cutlery. For the higher end cost of this resort there should be these basic supplies and unlimited paper products and towels.

The room was large and luxurious. The pool was fantastic. Really enjoyed lounging on the big duck floaty in the afternoon sun. The staff was very kind and present often. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing, quiet, peaceful getaway.

It might be challenging to stay here if you don't have a vehicle or like using ride share apps. It's about a one mile walk into town, which was great for us because we like to walk, but a bit far for most going into the center of town. The room was great, more like a master bedroom in terms of set up. There was a microwave and small refrigerator and a few nice plastic and cooler cups, but no kitchen sink or soap to wash your cups and no utensils or plates to use.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool area is clean and nice, water temperature perfect! The room was lovely and comfortable. We really loved the bed! The best thing was our greeting. They let us check in extra early, and since it was my birthday weekend, the manager decorated my room, left us champaign and played birthday music at the pool when we came in! It was such a nice surprise; really touched my heart.

There is no staff around all weekend. You have to get your own clean towels and toilet paper. That doesn't bother me, but it was a little surprising at such an upscale, beaufiul property. I;m just not used to that. But really, that was the only thing.

We liked the bed, jacuzzi, pool area, double sinks, keurig coffee maker, staff very accommodating . We didn’t watch TV or use fireplace but they were available. Good location: The hotel is small & close to downtown Palm Springs - 5 min Uber drive. Also close to grocery shopping.

We had an unusual problem - no hot water during our stay. It was unfortunate that the water heater broke on Thanksgiving. The manager was very attentive. He offered to pay if we wished to go to another hotel, he had work men out as soon as able. He offered an unused room for us to shower in. We finally got hot water on our last night ( of our 4 day stay). The manager agreed that we were inconvenienced & offered to deduct money. Booking.com apparently wasn’t receptive to this so the manager paid us back $160 , which we appreciate.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Noa Noa. The hotel was very nice and exactly as described in the listing. It felt private and was secluded enough with the small room occupancy, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our room had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown. The staff were friendly, very available, and quick to address any issues we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The property was adorable, the room was large and quiet, the bed was comfortable. I loved having the little fridge and the microwave. The owner was very nice when I spoke to him on the phone upon arrival. I would definitely stay there again, and I have recommended it to friends already.

I would have liked to have a card or a brochure or even a QR code in the room to get more information about how the whole thing worked (how to get more toilet paper, what to do with my trash, no daily housekeeping) plus any tips on nearby places to get a coffee (since there was no coffee in the room or on premises). If they don't provide housekeeping, they should have larger wastebaskets (one starbucks cup filled it). I also would have loved to have one disposable glass for toothbrushing. I would stay there again, now that I understand a little more about it, but I did feel a little bit abandoned in an empty place with nobody to guide me.

Absolutely darling Palm Springs oasis boutique hotel. You’re living in a Palm Springs fantasy on steroids. Besides the fact that they went out above and beyond to ensure that I was able to take a shower way sooner than I should have been able to - the rooms and property were absolutely beautiful. It definitely had that privately owned Airbnb feel almost as if it was brand new and nobody had ever stayed there before because there was no chips in the floor or cheap additions. Absolutely darling the shower was amazing. Parking was easy. The host was incredible. I cannot say enough nice things about the spot. I’m serious when I say if it’s available book it now!

The hotel was wonderful. The host Collin was very friendly and took care of all our wishes promptly. Rooms are very big, clean and perfectly located araound a wonderful pool. Pool area was big and clean. There were supermarkets and restaurants near by. Check in was easy and check out was easy too. One of the best hotels we experienced during our trip through the USA. We definitely would stay there again. Top location!

The noise insulation was not the best. We could hear music from the room next door during nighttime. If you arrive late at night be sure you have a flashlight. The hotel is a little hard to see.

Very comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Wifi was great. Electric kettle for tea as well as coffee pod machine. Quiet location.

No in-room safe. Awoken early by very noisy pipes from shower in unit next door. If you’re a light sleeper there’s lots of outside light and no blockout drapes. We experienced great difficultly finding the laundry. It was in the complex near our unit but we had to be escorted there by the housekeeper! Worked out all good though.

What wasn't to like - the host went above and beyond with communication and was extremely accommodating, especially as this was relatively last minute booked for ourselves as we were stopping by between Joshua Tree and San Diego. The area is private, with I think a total of 8 suites, so it's perfect for solo or couple of travelers that are hoping for a bit of peace, some fun inflatables in the pool and boutique chill vibes. The bed is super comfortable and the room was perfect. It was very hot when we stayed and the air con was quiet and coupled with a ceiling fan. If you happen to stay when it's very warm, the location is very close to the sec-he spa which is also well worth the trip to cool off. Thank you for being so accommodating and creating such a peaceful place to stay with views of mountains 😊
