The room was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my family was able to stay together on the same floor.

The pool had a lot of bugs in it. Tried to find someone to skim the pool. The lounge chairs by the pool were worn and busted. They put the bad chairs upfront and the new ones in the back which made no sense. One plug in the bathroom used for blow drying hair didn’t work. Had to move to the sink.

Location was great, especially for the film festival I was attending. The pool was ncie and large if you needed a quick cool down from the heat. Lots of beds. Overall service and personel was lovely.

There was no super luxury expectation in the first place, but an empty minibar, limited coffee options come to mind. Lunch is a bit snacky (in the bar) but all in all I really had to think of something that could improve.

Rooms were attractive with good access to power and plugs. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Access to food, drinks, recreation was excellent. So much offered on property. Loved sitting by the firepits and listening to live music inside. Great experience. Would've loved to have stayed longer!

Getting the King bed we reserved and our rooms near one another would've been better. Originally the rooms were on separate floors. Not great being separated from the kids. When asked for closer, got on same floor but opposite ends. Not horrible but not preferred. And not having the king bed. The only issue was from Booking.com. Every hotel we booked through the site had our names wrong in the reservation and employees could not find our reservation. Took the manager each time, to search in different ways to find our reservation.

Bar, some food on site, large pool, hot tub, good sized fitness center. Employees were extremely helpful.

The furniture in my room seemed a little bit banged up. The refrigerator was placed in a cabinet in which the door wasn't hung properly so every time I went to open the door, the door was being dragged across the carpeting. It surprised me that either a maid or a previoushotel customer hadn't asked to have this fixed.

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

We couldn't find the fan nor fan switch for the bathroom. The pool snack/drink service staff closed at 4:41pm when it was listed they would be open until 5pm--need better management for this part of the resort.

ROOM SIZE.. Gentleman that checked us in was nice.

THE POOL HOURS NEED TO BE EXTENDED. The price we paid to stay we should be able to stay in the pool until 10. We tried to not be in the sun so we went in a little later to the pool. But 2 hours is not sufficient. There was also a lot of Lil trash and bugs in the water.

Staff were incredible, very accommodating especially when we needed to move rooms due to a leak. . Good service and good drinks, especially for the holiday weekend.

Slightly overpriced for the food, especially breakfast. Limited umbrellas at the pool was not great, especially during summer months.

The staff, the staff and oh yeah, the staff. Way to make a person feel welcomed and happy. Instantly when i walked in, I was greeted with a wonderful scent. Made it to the front desk and all I see are smiles and eagerness to help. Check in was fast. Pool staff was fun. Loved my stay. I'll see you again.

1. There was no “in room” maid service for brining in new coffee and towels each evening. 2. Elevators were very full in the AM and PM and we had to wait for 3 different ones to bring our luggage down on the day of check-out. 3. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and the lines in the lobby were quite long. The front desk was supposed to call us to let us know when it would be ready…but they forgot. On a positive note, our parking was comped due to this inconvenience

I have been in Palm Springs many times and I’m crossing from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, and then normally staying in a different hotel, this time we choose this accommodation and we really liked it! It is nice. It is large. The wolves are quiet and big. The only thing is the bathroom the typical US bathrooms from the 90s, so they really need to remodel it
