This property had a fabulous location, convenient for everything. Room was comfortable, with storage to put things and extremely clean. We choose Hyatt/Hilton as they are consistent. Properties are updated with modern decor, rooms are well organized, spacious and especially important are the spacious bathrooms with lots of counter space. Also important is storage to put things and lots of plug-ins for phones electronics. Most important of all the properties must be extremely clean, white linens and friendly staff. We are never disappointed.

As we understand and appreciate water conservation, the milky water from the faucet was odd and we could not get use to it. Disappointed that we did not get housekeeping on our second day.

It was pretty nice, clean hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were fine. The gym looked minimal but in good repair. It was basically what you'd expect from a nice-ish hotel. he price was also okay, about what one might expect (we ended up paying about 180 dollars for on night).

There was nothing unique or especially interesting about the place. There was a bar and bistro, but when we saw it, it was a deserted little space in the lobby, not very inviting. So...it was jsut fine, but not extraordinary. Usually, if we're in Palm Springs, we prefer the Hyatt, which is more entral and has more personality.

Was a fantastic stay at the Marriott. So close to the main shopping area but far enough to be very quiet. The pool was an excellent addition especially as it was super hot the day we stayed. Great parking and easy access to the room. Also a Starbucks on site. I would recommend a stay here with a family. Palm Springs is an excellent destination with a lot to offer, we will be back.

I arrived late and felt safe when I saw your property secures the doors at a certain time. The front counter noticed me right away and unlocked the door. My check-in was quick and easy. Although my stay was only a few hours before an early morning flight, I will stay there again if my travels ever bring me to Palm Springs again.

I didn't have time to experience much as I checked in around 10:30 pm and checked out around 4 am - only a few hours stay before an early morning flight from Palm Beach to San Francisco. I had traveled from the Atlanta earlier to Salt Lake City and then to Palm Springs.

This hotel was in a completely different league to all the others I stayed in on my road trip. It's a well-maintained property in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of downtown. Easy parking. I appreciated the fact that a room was made available despite my arriving hours before the advertised check-in time. My room was spacious and stylish, with a very (very!) comfortable bed and sparklingly clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Logging into my Netflix account on the TV in the room was easy. Free shuttle bus to airport, every 30 minutes. I really wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Palm Springs.

Breakfast was expensive and served in the lobby. Otherwise, there was little not to love.

Great location, good lighting for a hotel and well set up to read or do work.

Temperature control wasn't easy to manage, not enough of a pillow selection, and I miss the days when breakfast was simpler but included. The bistro was kind of depressing and expensive though the food was good. I should have checked on parking fees, since that and breakfast charges really added up

When I booked online, I requested to get in early. Several phone calls and emails later, I still did not get a straight answer. I drove in from AZ and had a 4 pm appointment in Redlands. I just wanted to be there by 2pm. No one would confirm that I could do that until I was about an hour away. There were 3 rooms ready and I got in early. If a guest has to sign out by 11am, I don't see why they wouldn't confirm a 2 pm request.

We didn’t expect anything, but were pleasant surprised. The hotel fits perfectly in de ambiance of Palm Springs and and is ideal for a nice family photo. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The swimming pool was certainly not a luxury, because we do not know these temperatures in the Netherlands. The hotel is located within driving distance of the city center.

The parking is $9 and isn’t necessary. In my opinion, the hotel should increase the rooms by $9 rather than ask for an empty parking lot.

Gabbie & everyone there was simply amazing. They were so very welcoming and took notice of my birthday and provided extra perks to make my stay even better. The pool was really clean and an attraction with those beautiful neon lights. The rooms were super clean and roomy, made this vacation super duper comfortable. Will definitely be coming back

Umbrellas by pool need repair . Bistro need s to be open longer hours . At just before 11am I asked to purchase a muffin from staff still at Bistro , however they told me I could not even tho there were muffins in the counter case, but told me they could make me a coffee !! I didnt want coffee ! Towels ran out by the pool several times , do not seem to be checked during the day
