All of us had a great stay - our 2yo, 14yo, and 20yo travellers were all very pleased with the facilities Mirage Vista had to offer. The pool is clean and warm, the staff is nice, self-service laundry is affordable. There is a great balance between being in your own apartment and having all the services of a hotel/resort. Fantastic amenities in the apartment itself - kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances/utensils needed for a short or long stay.

The apartment itself is quite dated, carpet really needs an update. Other than that, everything was very good.

What a great value!! This two bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable and can't be beat for the price!! The beds were very comfy, the sofa in the living room allowed us to sit with our feet extended out and we made good use of the coffee maker in the kitchen. The pool was lovely and we'd wished we'd brought bathing suits. We were also happy that it was walking distance to the main street (although a bit sweaty when it's in the 90's). We would definitely stay there again!!

The only small negative thing was that the balcony on the second floor unit was tiny and closed in with a high wall so we just went down to the pool if we wanted to sit outside.

Spacious rooms and good location. We loved that we had so much room and that we had two bedrooms and bathrooms. The bbq next to the swimming pool was great to have dinner once. Walkable to grocery store. Friendly staff and very LBTQ+ friendly, which we loved. We really would book this again.

Sitting outside was narrow. But on the other hand….it was too hot to sit outside anyway.

We had room #427 this year, and again everything was lovely. The resort is kept very clean and well maintained by the staff who genuinely seem happy to be working there. They are extremely pleasant, courteous, and helpful. There were some ants in one of the corners by the pool and we told maintenance. The boss and a worker were out within 10 minutes of our letting them know there was a problem. They sprayed a little and took care of that ant hill immediately! You can't ask for anything better than that. The whole family loves this place and was so happy we stayed there again this year. We've already planned another visit in 6 months time, because we can't wait a whole year.

A little more temperature regulation on the Jacuzzis would help. It's Palm Springs and things get really really hot of course. But the jacuzzi is sometimes way too hot to be able to be enjoyed.

This location was less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive and there was a grocery store 1 block away. The property was quiet. Our unit had 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), a full living room/dining room and full kitchen. It was very clean. I didn't spent too much time by the pool, but the limited time I did spend was nice. Parking wasn't an issue. Would stay here again.

Nothing really. For the money, it was a great value.

The room had ample supplies for cooking. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor pool and hot tub.

It tool about twenty minutes to get hot water in the shower. We were told that it was because our unit was the farthest way and solar power was used to heat.

It was clean quiet and the staff was really polite I recommend 10 out of 10. I’m definitely coming back.

The pool was great family oriented. I love they have bbq right next to the pool. It’s like an apartment on vacation. Loved it

Very good location 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. The rooms look exactly like the pictures which is always a pleasant surprise. Very large two bedroom, two bath unit--Fully stocked kitchens, nice patios, barbecues, and pool area.

A couple of minor things needed repair in our unit. One towel bar in one bathroom was loose. The front plastic panel on the dishwasher was coming off and had been "partially" repaired once which was not adequate. There was never any complementary coffee or tea/water/soft drinks. The "happy hour" was absolutely awful with only red or white house wine in little plastic cups.

The staff were very helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and very large and spotlessly clean.We were given a choice of location and chose to be right next to the pool but experienced no noise or disturbance. Parking was very convenient and close by

The facilities are always clean, the staff is exceptionally professional and friendly. For less than $200 a night this condo unit is a good value.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, everything was either as we expected or exceeded our expectations.
