We stayed for 19days. Bill in the front desk was very helpful and nice. Other staff were very nice as well. They serve complimentary hot chocolate and coffee every morning. Thanks to that. It saves me to go for a coffee run before going to work. I loved that its pet friendly. They accepted my cat unlike from the previous place we booked who turned us down because I have a cat and that they only accept dogs. So thankful when we saw 1 room opened up here.

Guests just seem to leave their trash everywhere.

This is a great place to stay if you need kitchen amenities in a good location near town and the airport.

Our room had a few maintenance issues (“frozen” bathroom faucet, 2 non-working outlets) that needed attention but because we were only there a few days it would have been difficult for the hotel to have gotten them fixed while we were there. Because we did not discover these items until we had unpacked, etc. we did not want to change rooms (though am sure they would have accommodated if asked).

Location was good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Towels were good. Friendly people were staying there.

Staff was friendly, but didn't seem to know their way around. We were on foot and wanted some simple shopping and eating places. They sent us downtown, but there was a place less than 1/4 mile away, not a mile like they said. They were obliging and let us have what we asked for, but we had to ask. Now we know how Extended Stay works and we know our way around, , we would stay again.

The accommodations were clean, and the service was commendable, making our stay quite pleasant. The location was convenient, and we received everything that was promised in the booking. Overall, we are satisfied with our choice and appreciate Booking.com for the recommendation. Thank you!

Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

The pool area was clean, water was refreshing. I swam in 75 degree weather with zero discomfort. The room was beyond my expectations. It included a kitchenette and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The surrounding mountains made me want to stay at the pool all day long.

The free breakfast was misleading. A "grab-and- go" that was limited to granola bars, instant oatmeal and a chocolate mini muffin. Coffee was on hand, as well. One pool bathroom was out-of-order and the other needed to be unlocked by staff. To be honest, not having a designated smoking area (at any hotel I've stayed at) especially in an outdoor pool, is disappointing.

Great value with reasonable accommodations. What is not provided in the room can be easily requested at the front desk. They were very kind and friendly.

The elevator was out of service, but I was okay with it. It was just a very small inconvenience. I also wish there was at least one free streaming service app on the television.

We came out for Modernism Week-end and enjoyed our room very much. It was clean, comfy, and just what we needed. The coffee and muffins were very nice and helped to get us through until our brunch reservation in town.

While it didn't directly affect us, the elevator was not working for a day or two.

Brian who was working the front desk was super nice. He made sure we got what we needed to make our stay comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate my elderly mother who needed and wanted to stay on the first floor and avoid elevators and stairs. Brian was very pleasant and very professional.

Breakfast items.

When you book the room it says free breakfast but There’s no breakfast! It’s just hot water to prepare packages of instant oatmeal, there’s only sweet muffins and coffe. No fruit no egg no juice no bread.

The floors are really dirty. And the sheets looks dirty too.

the breakfast was not the best but since there is a kitchen in the room I guess it was alright
