The bungalows' ambiance was great, and almost everything was perfect. We can hardly wait to come back. Staying in Palm Springs in the fall is wonderful, as the temperature and the crowds are perfect. The landscaping and the pool at the Bungalows are amazing. Our Bungalow had a private patio with a two-person soaking tub that we loved.

I have some medicine that must be kept cold and some ice packs that must be frozen when we are in the car. I asked the front desk attendant if she could put them in the restaurant's freezer to keep them frozen, and she refused. The solution was to explain my situation to the restaurant's manager and ask if he could store them in his kitchen freezer. Without hesitation, he took care of my request. Qudos to him.

Elizabeth in the restaurant was fabulous, as were most of the staff. Cleaning staff and front reception were also fabulous. Overall a great stay.

There was a serious lack of staff for the weekend... waiting for 20-30 minutes (or longer) to get a drink etc., and running out of basic items like espresso beans, yogurt parfaits etc.. For a property at this price point, that should never happen. The staffing shortage was apparent, but the staff that were there were lovely and did their best. I understand the hotel was at 100% capacity, but those are circumstances easily planned for and should be anticipated.

The service here was outstanding! Conrad was lovely, he helped my friends and I check-in. He made everything easy and when he found out it was my birthday he gave me a Colony Palms branded candle, such a sweet gesture. We then were walked to our room with a bottle of champagne and then saw that our names were engraved on a placard which was placed on the door….We were all stunned. This was truly a 5 star experience! Thank you Conrad and the rest of the Colony Palms team for making our hotel stay absolutely lush.

I loved everything! However, my friends suggested that a full length mirror somewhere in the room would be very helpful, as there were four of us, there was only two mirrors for us all to get ready in.

Love the charm of this property. The grounds are beautiful and very tranquil. The fact that it’s adults only makes it the perfect couples getaway.

The food and beverage prices were higher than expected. The digital menu had cheaper pricing than the physical menu so it was easy to tell where they increased. I would consider other properties based on this factor. $39 for a poolside burger is a bit bananas.

Love that the property is adult only! It is one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this location. The great location is also another reason. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. The pool is a refreshing temperature and plenty of space for guests to lounge about. The food and drinks at the restaurant/pool bar is very good also. Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, the lighting in the bathroom could be a smidge brighter, the makeup mirror provided did not provide much to help. The entire property is very clean and thoughtfully laid out for guests to explore and enjoy. Love the art deco vibe!

I do not like the fact that one must pre-pay the entire room reservation at booking. 50% would be more acceptable with the balance due 1 week prior to arrival. Also, the price went down considerably a week prior to our stay on Booking.com and on the hotel's website. Booking.com approved the price match and I submitted the paperwork but I've not heard back yet. Also the pool attendant could have come around to solicit orders a little more frequently.

I came here for my “girls gone mild” bachelorette party and it exceeded my expectations. Marty at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my group. He was the absolute best. I also loved the yoga instructor, she was calming and her energy and flow was exactly what I needed. OThe property is beautiful and the environment is unmatched. It was the perfect weekend.

Great restaurant, beautiful Hotel ! Outstanding staff always willing to assist. Bikes on site to get to town. Super close to town and shops walking distance. Room was beautiful and clean .

I think for the price the hotel should have more amenities for guests, the extra fees add a lot. Be aware of the 35 parking fee per day.

The restaurant on the property was quaint and food was delectable! Staff was super friendly, and the room looked like something right out of a magazine. I especially enjoyed the turn-down service, which included sleep masks, eucalyptus oil, and some sweet-and-salty chocolate covered pretzels.

The magnetic room keys were constantly deactivating. Maybe time to go with keyless entry, or a keypad entry?

The room was cute - loved the decor but it was really dark. Bathroom was really big and water pressure was great! Bathroom was really nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable.

The room was too dark - would have loved more natural light. Service at the pool was practically non existent. No one came up to offer me a beverage, when I went and ordered from the bar they were very nice and they brought it out to me but then never checked in on me to see if I wanted anything else and didn't take away the dishes when I was finished. There were only 5 other people at the pool so its not like they were super busy. Pool is also 4ft deep - which is a little shallow for an adult pool.

The common areas are incredible - chic and relaxed. The service and the small touches the staff were able to give us like sleep spray for the bed at turndown or the personalised engraved door plate for our room. 11/10 the location is also SUPER convenient

The rooms could probably use a bit of an update where the bathroom is concerned but it was still very lovely
