We loved the location and the cleanliness. It was spotless and had a full sized kitchen which included a dishwasher and huge fridge. Joanna was a dream during check in and was always on hand to help when we needed her, what an asset to this hospitality business! Thank you Joanna ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some parts were a little tired, but the vibe, location, staff and cleanliness made up for that.

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The staff were also outstanding, friendly, helpful and responsive!

I was in Room 222 and was traveling with others who were directly below me. Our rooms were identical. The bathroom was a difficult. The shower was outstanding, but the sink was subpar. it was just a sink with no vanity and no rim around the sink to place toiletries. I used the table in the main room, but this was less than efficient. Nowhere to place or use a blowdryer or cosmetics or toothbruch and toothpaste, etc...On the other side of the property the two rooms I had access to from others traveling with us, included full vanities in the bathroom.

Everything about the room was very good, and the pool area and other outside areas were all excellent. There was even a fire pit outside the room, surrounded by sofas. I also liked the AC unit, which was very new and worked beautifully with a remote control. The cable TV channel lineup was incredibly full of hundreds of choices.

I didn't like the fact that the wifi was very unreliable. I also would have liked a kind of bureau in order to put objects on, as there was only the desk, which was not enough space. I would also have liked a cushioned chair and possibly a desk chair with swivel seat. In addition, it would have helped to have a couple of down pillows.

Location was easy to get to as it was one mile away from downtown. Ample parking; room was spacious and courtyard was nice to sit around; bed was comfortable and room clean. we had a kichenette that was great.

The chairs in bedroom and kitchenette need to be updated as the seats have vinyl covering that is cracking. But the least liked provision was the bathroom's lack of counterspace at the sink. There is literally no place to put our toiletries, and for this reason we might not return.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Perfect stay after a long hike in Joshua Tree Park or local trails in Palm Springs. Slept like a princess! Clean, calm, comfortable bed, very nice area, jacuzzi and pool working until late evening. Free parking was a big bonus. Also coffee maker and coffee and tea in the room was nice. Perfect location central in Palm Springs and walk distance to many places to eat both dinner and breakfast.

Paper walls: a bit easy to hear the neighbors. Close to the Main Street. Depending on which room you get and time of the day, might be a bit noisy from traffic.

The grounds were very well groomed, tidy, clean. The hotel overall has an attractive layout and the architecture is very Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the large courtyard, and the spa pool! We took advantage of the outdoor couches and fire pit. My room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfy and I was very happy with the room. It was easy to request room service and the staff is friendly and professional.

I would have appreciated a few more towels. I got one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. Also it was a bit noisy being on a busy street (not the hotel's fault). Parking in the lot is sometimes an issue.

Not enough storage space in bathroom

Kind and professional staff, easy and fast checking in. Close to the main street with nice restaurants and shopping opportunities and in walking distance to the Art Museum. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The whole layout of the hotel has a very nice 70ths- Charme and was well maintained.

The fridge in the room was big, but quite loud, the bathroom was small and a bit aged....

The room and bed were both very comfortable. Palm Springs is a great small city with lots to see. Two nearby spots to check out are Ernest Coffee and Sammy G's Tuscan Italian Restaurant.

I like the fact that I felt like I stepped back in time to a 60s or '70s hotel everything was decorated every detail was not overlooked it was a beautiful resort.

Not one thing. I want to apologize for the photo down below I got a little toasty at brunch and did not take any, but the prettiest view is the morning pool. It's heated and with the steam coming up and the sunrise behind, it made it so picturesque.
