ARRIVE Palm Springs is heaven!! The rooms is bright, sunny and packed with charming touches and cool vibes. The bed is huge and comfy. The bathroom is gorgeous, huge walk-in shower and great products. Mini fridge and bar is stocked with products. The open wardrobe is great for hanging clothes and luggage storage. The pool and surrounding pool area is what makes the hotel truly shine. I visited in early December and it was warm and sunny so a pool hang was perfect. Good, healthy menu options as well are served by the pool. Self parking is a great option and it's also free which is so rare in hotels these days, it's located behind the hotel via the side street. There is also a drop off point at the front of the hotel main entrance. Check-in is via the bar Historic downtown is a few blocks down the road.

The restuarant closes at 5:30pm which was quite early. Bathroom towels are on the small side as well.

STAFF was AMAZING. Loved everybody there -- especially the gentleman who checked us in & was there all weekend; Aya was great; and the older gentleman who was maybe a barback who spoke spanish, cleaning up after people around the pool was also FANTASTIC! Loved taht our dog could run around freely. Drag Queen Trivia was a lot of fun. The Food was fantastic!!!!

We noticed there were a lot of people who were in the pool ALL DAY & didnt get out to use the bathroom once....

Really loved our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived early at 1pm which was very helpful. We received a complimentary drinks token which was also a lovely touch. Our room was very spacious and included a patio and a fireplace even though not needed in 36 degrees! Bed was super comfortable and shower area was great with nice amenities. Pool area on a Tuesday was nice and peaceful, pretty quiet and enjoyable to sit out and make the most of the sunny weather. Food and drinks by the pool were also great. The ice cream bar next door is lovely if you need something to cool down and there is lots of great restaurants, supermarket and petrol station very close by. Would have loved to have stayed more than one night!

We love Paul! He was so nice, and friendly. The pool is great with plenty of sunny and shaded seating options, a fire pit, cabanas, couches, misters! Rooms are super clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Location is convenient and close to both the airport and downtown. Delicious sushi restaurant across the street, ice cream shop and coffee shop next door. Breakfast at the bar in the hotel was also excellent!

One afternoon the music at the pool was a little too party vibe for our taste and it was a very chill scene out there, but most of the time it was the perfect pool lounge music. Hard to think of anything we didn't enjoy.

The retro modern feel of the whole place. Loved the whole set up of the easy check in at the bar. Parking was easy. Also the manager and staff were super welcoming and attentive with providing pool side carafe’s of water, drinks and cold washcloths to keep cool. There was also a nice happy hour with food and drinks at 3pm.

Everything was perfect except maybe the room towels can be upgraded. They were a bit worn and dindgy. That wasn’t a deal breaker though.

Nice room, great pool and jacuzzi. Some of the food was exceptional and the staff were very genuine and friendly.

Maintenance not a top priority. Reported a problem with the smoke alarm in our room after the first night and it never got fixed, everyone kept forgetting to tell the maintenance guy apparently. Jacuzzi went down and maintenance had no idea how to fix it, just gave up and we had to do without.

This was our 4th year staying at Arrive...and for obvious reasons. The location is away from downtown, the "adults only", the onsite restaurant, and of course, the staff.

Our bed had a "dip". We found upon flipping the mattress, the "dip" was due to the wooden slats falling of the box spring/base. We also discovered stains on the mattress pad. However, it was quickly resolved. Thank you!

Pool scene was awesome. Great DJ'd music on Sat afternoon. Drinks good.

Customer service was spotty. Wasn't sure how motivated they were...some seemed untrained or not managed well. It was fine, but I would have gladly tipped extra for bar service at my lounge chair. Seemed out of character with the rest of the place. Everyone was nice, but, not a lot of enthusiasm...maybe it was the 106F heat.

The property was very clean and the service was fantastic. Everyone was respectful and it was a perfect adults only vibe for any age. There were previous reviews of the showers not being hot but we did not experience that. I love a hot shower and the water temperature and pressure was perfect! The view of the mountains from the pool and watching the side set behind them was gorgeous.

Great fresh, new, clean facility. Pool was in the center and great. Pool and hot tub both heated and they had fire pits all around. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Only down side was the water pressure in the shower was low, and the head didn’t crew on tight enough so it sprayed a bit wampas. But not a deal breaker and we will absolutely stay here again. We loved it.
