The property was exceptionally clean, very friendly staff, and amazing location. The floors were clean though they were a hard surface.

It’s not that I didn’t like things- I think the property was great, however, for what we paid, I would hope for a little *more*. The rooms were very simple, the bed was average but comfortable, but it didn’t feel like a solid bed. Very creaky. Our neighbors bed was also exceptionally creaky, but fortunately the guy didn’t make much more than 30 seconds of noise to his partner’s great disappointment I’m sure. We could hear them tossing and turning though, and the occasional snore.

Clean room. Plenty of parking. Coffee at reception. The best thing is swimming pools - one heated, one cold with sea water, and two (!) hot tubs. There’s also a very decent gym. We were there mid-March and there were very few people using the facilities even though the hotel was mostly occupied during the weekend.

It would be awesome if they had breakfast included.

The bed was comfortable, the furniture was stylish, the grounds including the pool chairs were very nice, the smart TV worked well, the provided robes were nice, and one of the jacuzzis was fun.

The shower had only one spray option, there was only one chair in the room, and one of the two jacuzzis was tepid. A microwave in the room would have been more convenient than having to go to the lobby to use the one common microwave. Our room key malfunctioned twice, fortunately when the front desk was open and they could program a new key.

location, we have been staying across the way at Days Inn for over 20 years, and now have to find a new location that meets our needs. This was a great option, location, and convenience, along with keeping the cost manageable. This was a great place and could probably be are new home. The staff was great !!

Just a few things, the wood lounge chairs need an upgrade, missing screws and broken pieces, also having more pool towels avaible, we didnt realise we should of had them in the room, however we had our own. Microwaves in rooms would be nice, but it wasn't a big deal to use the one in the lobby.

The pools (heated, salt water and two whirlpools) are wonderful. Very well maintained and in a very pleasant setting. I was surprised by the location as it is just a bit out of town but it happens to be very close to some of the mid-century mansions that Palm Springs is famous for. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The bed was not very comfortable. As with so many king sized beds, the sheets are too small and work their way off the bed during the night. Don't plan to walk to many places from here, you will definitely need access to a car.

Location was fine, we could easily travel from the hotel to shops and restaurants (by rental car). For the price, our room was large enough, but somewhat outdated. Liked the pool area, we enjoyed the cabana beds (a nice and unexpected feature!) and lawn chairs for relaxing. Pool was clean and relaxing also. Our room was quiet but close to the parking lot, which was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We did not need our bedding changed daily, but we had to ask for clean towels daily. Staff was very accommodating about this, received clean towels shortly after we requested them. Since there were two of us, two chairs in our room would have been nice. One of us always had to use the bed as a seating area. The TV was difficult to use, we could not get local news, just short prefilmed news segments and tv shows. Could not check in until 4pm, which made for a long day after plane ride and trying to kill time before getting to our room, but this is the hotel policy, so we can’t really complain. It was great to finally get into a room and relax.

We liked the friendly and helpful staff and the comfortable room. The shower was good and the beds comfortable. Our room was on the second floor at the front of the building with a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a little traffic noise but not enough to bother us or keep us awake. There are a few restaurant options nearby, and downtown is a pleasant and easy 30ish minute walk. We didn’t use the pool facilities. We stayed for four nights. We appreciated that rooms are serviced on request.

Nothing really.

Having read some mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, very modern and appealing room. There were lots of amenities, such as robe and slippers, pool towel, quality shampoo/soap in the bathroom, real mugs/glasses, complimentary water bottles. The bed was very comfortable, there were ample plugs for charging and good lighting in the room. Had I thought about 2 well lit and appealing pools, with hot tub, I would have brought a bathing suit! The only thing missing was a microwave, which even basic motels usually provide. This was interesting, as there was a coffee maker and fridge. The price was great and I will certainly stay again, when I am passing by Palm Springs!

To have a microwave in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at the L3 Oasis Hotel in Palm Springs! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The king room is spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. I really enjoyed the pool area, it has plenty of loungers, and a laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing under the sun. Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet part of town, but still just a short walkable distance to downtown Palm Springs and all the shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It was the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Bonus: some tiki bars are just a few blocks away. No drama, no weird surprises. Just a solid stay. Would definitely book again

The wooden pool chairs are a bit weathered and could use some upkeep — still totally usable, though

It had a really nice vibe, and we loved being in a relatively quiet place near the pool. Facilities were fine.

I wish the hotel didn't play piped-in music at the pool; the music was distracting and unpleasant for us. Since you can't please everyone no matter what the choice of music, silence is golden. Also, we had trouble navigating the TV channels, and we sure as hell didn't want pay-per-view of a bunch of crappy offerings from the dominant streaming choice.
