Everything was well presented. Nicely decorated. All amenities. No fluff. Exceptional night staff and very nice day front desk staff. Accommodating. Clean Room. The hot tub was amazing. Very clean facility. Ice available, tea and coffee complimentary with energy bars. Some beverages for sale. TV big screen worked well plus streaming. Parking available. Safe neighborhood.

The lotion, shampoo and body wash was placed on toilet. This is not sanitary at all. The towels could use updating. Need new towels clean but scratchy some staining. This is not an issue for me since I always bring a towel. I know the staff care and will correct this, and I am sure appreciate the feedback, especially regarding refraining from toilet placement of shower amenities. Soap needed in bathroom by sink. Soap placement in kitchen was fine.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Can't say enough about how nice they were. Room was clean. Really enjoyed that this is a small place and has a sense of privacy. The grounds are well kept and the atmosphere was relaxing. We often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, you don't get that at a big resort. And if you want to swim at 2:00 am you can, just be quiet. Also, Loved the music that played throughout the day and evening around the pool, it matches the vibe of the hotel. The view of the Mountains was beautiful aside from power lines, but that's just being picky. There is no restaurant or bar as this place is small, but there were restaurants within walking distance and downtown Palm Springs is a short drive/ride away.

Parking is limited, but there was plenty of street parking available. Smoking is allowed around one of the fire pits at one end of the pool grounds and on a couple of occasions the smoke was very noticeable. To a non smoker it was kind of annoying. Price was a bit on the high side, but after a couple days we were glad not to be in a larger resort or hotel. Overall it was exactly as advertised.

Perfect location for our family of 9 - we booked 4 rooms here for spring break. Note - our photos show rain - this is incredibly rare in Palm Springs! We just happened to experience a cool and rainy weekend during our week long stay. The rain was short and we still were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub. The rooms were super clean. The pool and hot tub were frequently cleaned, which is something we pay attention to. We loved that the pool was heated and that the hot tub was actually HOT - 104°! The housekeeping was wonderful and kept us stocked with supplies and swapped clean towels for us whenever we needed. We stayed for a week - so we didn't need them to attend to our room daily, but they certainly would have if we asked. The majority of guests at this property seem only be there for a one- or two-night stay. We seemed to be the anomaly as a family booking 4 rooms for a week. They were surprised that we chose their location as they do not have a gym or restaurant attached - but we were certain it would fit our needs and vibes. We wanted small, comfortable, relaxing, private, and close to all the Palm Springs attractions that we planned on visiting. We got all that. They do book out the entire location and if we were traveling with a larger group - this would definitely be top on my list of locations to consider. We hiked at Tahquitz Canyon, went stargazing in Joshua Tree Park, visited Pioneer Town, visited the Palm Springs Art Museum, attended the Thursday Evening Street Fair downtown P.S., and soaked up the sun at the hotel pool. We love the small boutique hotel aspect that we chose for this trip. It was exactly what we needed. We returned home happy, relaxed, and missing the quiet and chill vibes that this hotel offered.

This is just our personal preference, but we wished the pillows were a bit more fluffy. Most in our party were not bothered by this at all, but my husband and I simply prefer fluffy pillows for side sleeping. This is really such a small non-issue that we didn't ask for different pillows. We actually usually travel with our own for this reason (and because we are allergic to feather pillows found at most resorts) but for this trip we thought we'd risk traveling without pillows. It was not a big deal at all - just something that we noticed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was pretty and clean. Our room and bathroom Were large and spacious!

We were a group of 3 friends and the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. The staff tried to do their best to help us find a more comfortable option, but the 3rd person just ended up putting a sheet on the couch and sleeping on the couch. The location was a little too far out of town to be considered walkable. (Especially when it’s hot!)

Great ambiance music selection was relaxing perfect environment for mini vaca /couples retreat

Staff was friendly and courteous except for one male who worked the night shift seeming not so polite and informative while we were checking in....also the ac was dripping water on counter and refrigerator was making a huge clunking noise while we tried to sleep

Pretty setting. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Rooms attractive. Staff were wonderful - sp kind and thoughtful. Also very hardworking. Housekeeping staff very amenable

Needs maintenance badly. For instance bathroom grout is missing. Water must be going between tiles - rotting out the walls or floors behind/below It was really “bed and pool”, not a hotel in the regular sense. No food available except snacks (cookies) Needs a manual on how to’s etc to improve one’s stay.

Location, pool area was great & clean. Rooms was very clean. Easy access from room to the pool. Very quiet & pool open 24 hr.

No complain about the hotel, I will definitely go back again. Just 1 small issue, “bathroom doors has no locks.”

The facilites were available 24/7, so we could enjoy the pool until 2am! was super warm and nicge. The best bed ever and everything was very nice and clean.

They charge a $250 deposit and I haven't received the reimbursement yet, so I would like this to be clarify quickly, they should keep a deposit for more than 2 weeks after check out.

Secluded, private and exceptionally quiet. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Loved the outdoor spaces… great, clean and warm pool. Mood lit in the evenings. Very clean.

No closet in the room. Odd counter with sink but limited storage.

The staff were all lovely and helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect and there was lots within walking distance to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The property was quiet and felt like a fun little oasis.

The shower lacked any water pressure and the beds were a little too squishy for our preference but these are minor.
