So this is an older facility and is definitely showing signs of age, however the staff were extremely helpful and kind when I had to check out early due to my daughter being poorly and gave us a full refund for the nights we didn't use. This was much appreciated. The pool area is also very nice.

The shower was freezing cold the first day and then alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold. I would like to return once it has been refurbished and boilers sorted as it has good staff and could be lovely with some TLC!

I liked the room the beds were comfy snd it was clean.

I wish my room had a bathtub but nonetheless great stay. I just think the location needs to be painted to look more pleasing. I think the pool area needed more umbrellas.

I liked that it was conveniently located to the downtown district so everything was close by. I enjoyed the pool area and how clean the outside property was kept. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were amazing! I slept great every night.

I was a little disappointed how outdated my room was and how some pieces of furniture were starting to peel or were a bit worn down. It being a Wyndham property I expected it to be a little more upkeep with the rooms since I’ve stayed in other properties and they are more elevated. I didn’t like how my towels had some stains on them.

We had a very good stay

We were charged a deposit fee of $100.00 which has not yet been refunded. We only stayed one night and left our room in very good condition. I plan to call the facility today to inquire about the refund Everything was very neat and clean but I noticed while I was enjoying the pool area that the banister boards in front of those rooms could use a good paint job. Maybe this is a corporate issue because otherwise everything else seemed well taken care of. It did not affect our stay but I did notice it. We had problems with one of our key cards but there was a gentleman from the maintenance dept right there and he assisted us immediately.

Beds, quiet atmosphere, spacious property, spacious room, privacy, garden view of pool, bougainvillea, they accept deliveries for groceries, proximity to Vista Las Palmas and Old Las Palmas (Nice places to walk or bike).

bathroom could have been cleaner. Sometimes noise from neighboring room and children could be heard. Some palm trees have died or are dying (perhaps due to overwatering). Laundry room has one washer and one dryer -- difficult to access due to cardkey issues.

Room overlooking the pool was lovely. The balcony was a welcome surprise and was a really nice place to relax. The room was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and coffee available in reception each morning. Good size pool. Laundry facilities clean and worked well. Hotel seemed to be in a good location and we were within 10 mins walk of a few good restaurants.

Air con in our room became ineffective towards the end of our stay and did not keep the room to 73º. We did not query this as we were leaving that day.

The receptionist was very friendly and answered all our questions. Gave us a map and explicit instructions. The room was good-- bed very comfortable, nice carpet. We liked that we were on the ground floor, and could park our car right outside our room.

There could have been 2 chairs in the room-- there was plenty of room-- there could have even been a small couch! Also, the bathroom door hit the toilet instead of opening all the way. Would have loved to have gotten in the jacuzzi, but first there was a smoker in the spa, and next time it was too crowded. Oh well!

We needed an accessible room for my friend in a wheelchair. It worked out well; not sure if she would have managed on her own though. There were grab bars and the parking spot was right outside of the room, which was super convenient. Staff was really nice and helpful. There is a restaurant right onsite for breakfast and lunch, which was really nice.

The toilet flushed so strong that the water and debris splashed out of the toilet; even when closing the lid, it got dirty, so needed to be cleaned. The room/bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but I''m sure the housekeepers do the best they can; the ones we saw were very nice and helpful. Not a lot of room in the bathroom for toiletries, etc; more counter space is always nice. And there was only a chair at the desk/table; no comfy chair, which my friend in the wheelchair would have found helpful. Overall, it was acceptable.

We stayed 3 nights here. We reached late evening around 8 PM from LA. The rooms are big and every room on the ground floor has a glass door at the back to help access the parking (car). I really like it. The hotel was spread over a large area and it had a resort-type look - open, spread out, with lots of trees, a pool, a hot tub, mountains in the background, etc. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel (actually within its campus. There is a gas station right opposite. Any place of interest is within 5-10 minutes drive. The famous Monroe statue and the main shopping street (Palm Canyon Drive) are just a 5-minute drive. Next to the Monroe statue, there is a large free parking spot (public parking). We really enjoyed our stay here. We did not use the pool or the hot tub but found many people using the hot tub.

Water quality was poor because it's a desert area (I am not complaining). Finding our room was a little difficult as the room numbers were not visible from the parking side. You have to go inside and they find the rooms from inside of the hallways.

Ihave stayed here before. It is an older motel and mostly pretty clean but the hall carpet is in bad shape. the room was comfy with great king bed and mattress. The pool is very very good and large compared to other hotel pools. there were hall security doors and plenty of parking. The only thing that is bad is the car entrance; very hard to see and so is the excellent coffee shop next door. Both entrances are dark and small and not marked. One must enter the coffee shop curb entrance to access the room location parking as the property is very spread out.
