Rick's Restaurant was awesome at serving us our breakfast, servers were super nice and treated the people from the Inn with complimentary breakfast as a regular paying customer that we ordered something extra both days. The lady at the front office was super awesome and proactively explained to us the nearby attractions and asked us if we needed anything at all the 2nd day and left us things outside the door, their free coffee machines in the lobby were very tempting and the lobby was a good hangout area for my kid while we both ended up working from the hotel half day Friday (one inside the room & another in the lobby with the kid).

The bathrooms at the inn were open and so water would splash into the toilet sink area.

The staff were excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating. The filtered water machine made filling our water bottles easy before setting out to go hiking. Despite being on a major road, we didn't hear any noise in our room. Breakfast at Rick's was excellent. The Inn gives you a voucher for breakfast every morning of your stay. It was a quarter mile walk each way which was appreciated after a filling breakfast!

The Inn is located about 2 miles from the center of town so we did have to drive to where most of the restaurants are to eat dinner. There is free street and garage parking though.

Everything. The staff at the reception was more than friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, rooms are big and well maintained , microwave , fridge also in the room. the garden is beautiful, pool area is clean, not far from downtown. You can rent bycicles for free. Water and coffee all day long. The breakfast is located at a restaurant very close. At the restaurant we had the best breakfast on our whole 3 weeks journey. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I would totally recommend it without hesitation

Nothing too complain. If there has to be a point I would just say, shower is very loud and noisy , but that’s it.

Nice quirky and colorful hotel that certainly has the Palm Springs tiki vibe. Nice staff. Big rooms. 24h access to the pool (if you keep the noise down). Lush garden with little water fountain and waterfall. Outdoor heaters and couches/chairs in pool area and beyond. Easy parking. Free hot drinks and water 24/7. Breakfast at the diner down the street was good and the place has good food option (beyond the standard breakfast options you can use your voucher as a value card toward your chosen meal). Try the Cinamon Roll French toast.

Beds were comfy but could need an update. Also the bathrooms. The details like a d'ornements and books were nice and made this motel-ish looking room into more like a hotel room.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival, we also received a complimentary drink on check-in. The rooms were a very comfortable size. The pool area is fantastic, with towels. There is a complimentary hot drinks area on site along with filtered water. You have the use of the bicycles, all the staff are super friendly and on hand if you need anything. The walk into down town is about 30mins, which wasn't a problem for us, but there are grocery stores and fast food outlets close by if needed. Plus a bus stop just down the road.

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. Will definitely stay again if we return to Palm Springs, which we also loved!

Breakfast was great value. We liked that it was at a real restaurant and we weren't under a time constraint to be up for breakfast. The Coffee machine was great for our slow mornings. Our room was next to the water features which really helped with traffic noise. It was a comfortable, non pretentious hotel.

The bikes needed some air in the tires. The fridge in our room needed a defrost.

I wish I could rate this lovely inn with 11/10; this summarizes my 5-day experience with it! The best location if you want to be closer to Aerial Tramway and downtown strip. This inn offers the BEST VALUE for your money: Owners Sam and Paul are on site to greet you. Allea gave us a full tour of the facility when we arrived. Chelsea made sure everything we needed was there for us. I so appreciate the 24/7 drinking water and coffee option. It's dog friendly, and the room was ample for our 70- lb dog crate. And, they even give us FREE basic breakfast (or $6 off) to Rick's restaurant, which is about a 3-minute driving! The beds are full-size and comfortable. I'm so happy and grateful for the stay, and I wish you a beautiful experience there too:)

The bath is little outdated, but it functions beautifully. Hey, look at your overall value!!!

This 50s-era Inn is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Large rooms, lovely pool area and patio "hangout" seating. The staff is the best, most accommodating! They went beyond their job descriptions. I left my dog's favorite blanket behind, and they shipped it back to me. The Inn is in a perfect location, a lovely neighborhood for walking my dog, and a short drive from the downtown shopping district,. Free breakfast at a nearby restaurant was perfect with a nice, outdoor seating area.

I liked everything.

Breakfast was a few blocks away, where they gave me a few dollars (?) credit. Restaurant was nice. The room was cozy and clean. Nice towels and linens. The decor was happy and colorful. I was did not have time to use the nice looking pool and outside lounge areas. Nice desert plants throughout small property.

The room was very small, no seating area inside room. I wish I had asked for help making reservations for the tram to the peak. I went on line myself and mistakenly made and paid for reservations for Sandia Peak, which is in New Mexico. It was the first sight that came up when I asked google for the tram in Palm Springs. Obviously they (Sandia Peak) paid to get their sight in before the one right there in town,

The property has lots of personality, very friendly staff, and good amenities. In the evening, the walk into town is an easy 30 minute stroll. They have bikes to borrow for free - if you venture into downtown during the day, we highly recommend doing so to reduce the very hot walk. Breakfast with vouchers at Rick's was excellent. Very strong and hot shower. A/C in unit worked well. Love the local art all around the site! We didn't use the pool, but looks well kept with towels provided.
