The staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean! I loved the location, it’s right off the main road but because it’s tucked away behind another hotel, it felt very quaint!

The walls are quite thin so I could hear just about everything our neighbors with the connected door were doing and saying. It’s understandable for an older building and with the rooms so close together it’s inevitable. I definitely would’ve bought ear plugs had I known this in advance, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us as we are heavy sleepers. Light sleepers, beware, though!

The location and value, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating areas, and free parking were big pluses.

We were awakened three mornings during our stay by the fire alarm that wasn’t functioning properly. One morning we had to shower in tepid water. The room, while quite adequate, was small for a five night stay. Staff is not on site at night or early in the morning so we weren’t able to get ice or drinking water on days when we were out all day. All concerns are small and if addressed would not affect our decision to return.

Very charming place. Room reminded me a little of a Balinese resort. I like that it's tiled floor and nicely furnished. You get good toiletries Roam, and even Wolfgang Puck coffee (although personally it's one of the worst drip coffee brands I've tasted). We got a quiet room as requested (but spoilt by the noisy aircon in the room). Great location

Noisy aircon and you cannot turn its fan off. On site restaurant was closed for renovation. There's no fridge in the room (just FYI for those planning to store stuff)

The room(s) were spacious enough. Sofa was comfortable. It was quiet. Downtown Palm Springs is walkable but a little farther than i thought it was. Nevertheless, there were some really good uptown restaurants nearby,

The TVs were quite small in both rooms in the modern sense. Also, the wall mounting is "fixed" and you cannot angle the TVs for better viewing. It is difficult to connect a computer or streaming device to the TVs. A quick work around would be for the hotel to add 1 foot M-F HDMI cable to all the sets.

Hotel was small and had a very quaint homely feel to it. Room was large and bed comfortable. Pool was very nice to have and is centrally located with the rooms around it, lovely setting with garden and shrubs around. Restaurant was being refurbished but lots of eateries close by in Palm Springs.

The air conditioning unit on the wall of the room was noisy and not really very efficient, we had to run it all night.

It was well located, room was big and had everything you needed for a great stay - staff were friendly and helpful , lots of seating outside, no just around the pool but across the property so felt like you could find somewhere to sit even when busy

There was a small amount of construction noise as the restaurant is being remodelled, this impacted slightly, but only for a couple hours across the 3 days, Something booking.com were meant to have told us about before we got there but didn’t ☹️

Pretty, quiet, with lots of atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing a few days. Friendly staff that aimed to please.

A bit tricky if you need to use this as a hotel during a regular work week. It is more of a leisurely hotel with 9 to 5 office attendance, so best for holiday travelers who are not in a hurry. If you are the latter, this would be a very nice place for you. Breakfast possibility depends on when the restaurant opens (apparently not M. or Tu.), when it is available it is after 9 am, which is a bit late if you need to get started with your day. If the breakfast could start a bit earlier that would be great.

Not a thing to complain about. It’s a little gem to escape from the chaos, doesn’t even feel like being in DT palm spring. The room was clean, spacious and very pretty in its Spanish style with an hammock, chairs and table right in front. The pool is open 24/24!!! At 11 am they served free margaritas by the pool. Everything so PERFECT! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere at Los Arboles! The greenery around the property was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay. I look forward to coming back when the restaurant is open again! It wasn't a dealbreaker for us though as we were aware of the renovations.

Los Arboles is a solid choice in Palm Springs, the grounds are nice, well kept, the restaurant on site is popular and good, OVERALL its definitely worth a stay.

it was just (1) little thing, this particular weekend they weather sucked, it was raining pretty much the whole weekend BUT we were the ONLY people in the pool, and i was playing my portable speaker, the front desk came to me and said NO PORTABLE SPEAKERS AT THE POOL, WHAT????? No one around, raining, in the jacuzzi listening to some tunes..
