The location is excellent. In walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, shopping, and a local park. The staff are very friendly (at the hotel and their sister hotel across the road where you check-in after 5pm). Totally enjoyed the pool and spa. Very quiet space and, as other reviews have noted, feels like living in a private house or compound. Check-in was very easy. Great free parking. Excellent neighborhood. Good vibe all around.

Not a tragedy but it would have been fab to avail of the wine and cheese hour but it only lasts 30 minutes (4-4:30 ahead of the front desk closing). A later and/or wider window of opportunity would have been sweet. Alternatively, maybe they could offer it at the sister hotel so all could enjoy? Just a thought.

Super comfortable room and bed. Seating areas in courtyard with bar area and fire pit was lovely for drinks with our friends before going out in the evening, and for eating breakfast. Pool area and hot tub. Mid century feel. Location: short walk to restaurants and cafes. 4pm wine and cheese was a welcome bonus. Free parking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Breakfast was only served at 9am so was too late for us still waking up on UK time, and wanting to go to Joshua Tree National Park early. Breakfast options very limited, particularly for our vegan friends. However, there was a coffee shop across the street which we used which was open earlier. Palm Springs in general doesn't get going until 9 or 10am (nothing opens early) so I assume this start time reflects this.

The breakfast was very nice. I wish it could have been available earlier as I had a plane to catch and a 9:00 breakfast was way too late. The wine and cheese was a nice touch and the outside firepit was a nice place to gather when the lobby closed.

The lobby closing at 5:00 was a bit strange and not opening until 9:00 was difficult. The air conditioner/heater didn't work very well in my room so just unplugged it. A bit noisy in my room from all the traffic. The other rooms that were farther away probably didn't have as much noise.

Great pool, breakfast was a bonus, the rooftop terrace was amazing The Triada Hotel ( sister hotel)across the street was a bonus to get drinks and food! There is an older gentleman who worked there and he was very very helpful, thank you…. The location is great and there are shops and restaurants just 2 streets over so walking distance to those

If I had to say something it would just be that I didn’t like carpet in the room ( that goes for any hotel though)

Great location, excellent staff, nice pool area with jacuzzi, and complimentary happy hour wine and nibbles, along with continental breakfast. We had an issue with our bathroom flooding, but they made it right immediately changing us to a different room, and allowed us to either stay in that room or upgrade for the 3rd night. We asked to get a refund for 3rd night because at that point, we wanted to go home.

For the price, the rooms are a little small, even for a “Deluxe King”. There are upstairs rooms so be prepared if you’re staying on bottom floor you will hear them above you and lose sleep if they are stomping around, sounding like they are moving furniture, and throwing things on the floor late into the night. :(

The location, the accessibility, the spaciousness. The hotel is more like little condo suites. Very nicely done, private, quiet and away from the downtown area but still relatively close.

Some confusion about check in and parking when the Movie Colony Hotel lot was full. The front desk agent was gracious enough to extend my check out an hour (noon) but my cards were immediately deactivated by 11am which made it a task to walk in out of the room to take belongings to car

We liked the pool and the hotel Jacuzzi. The rooms were comfortable, and the lighting was at a good level of ambiance. I like that. They paid attention to some minor details, such as having wine and cheese hour and a continental breakfast during the day, and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

We had the deluxe room number 14. The room was quaint and comfortable, with all the small amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was the tiny toilet and the old air conditioner system that didn’t work correctly.

We liked the hip, comfortable, cozy vibe. We liked the walkability. We liked the lobby for breakfast and sometimes for Happy Hour in the late afternoon, with the chill and helpful front desk folks, the wine and bubbly, and the turntable and record selections.

We had some plumbing difficulties in our first upstairs room (22) but were moved the next morning to a fine room by the pool (19.) We liked that 19 had a “real” door on the bathroom, not a sliding “barn door” which really didn’t offer much privacy.

This small boutique hotel was a perfect property for me. The room was comfortable and the hotel quiet. I enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and continental breakfast. The hotel also offered a happy hour with complimentary wine. I wasn’t able to attend but thought it was a thoughtful gesture. The pool was small but nice. Great location just 1 street back from Palm Canyon Drive, an easy walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely return.

Service, location, comfortable bed, and that they change up breakfast items a little bit - to-go bags are simple but in the lobby you have more options. They brought in good quality pastry too but it was a Saturday so maybe it was a weekend thing? They also had Baileys and Whiskey by the coffee in the morning which was a nice touch. Great coffee too.

The shower door couldn't be closed completely. We could close it but water would come out through the crack from the lower end of the door which made the bath mat really wet. There was a "outdoor area" in our room which was advertised as "balcony", but there was no view but just 5ft tall fences and lots of leaves on the floor. Room was on the first floor and was very dark. Cleaning staff started around 8 which was really loud.
