I'm so excited we found Casa palma. We had the most adventurous fun weekend and took our bikes everywhere and never even got back in our cars. From the hotel we biked to a waterfall hike “Tahquitz Falls” that is flowing with water from January to August. It was just a mile in and absolutely incredible and we jumped in the waterfall. When we weren't hiking, we were enjoying all of the restaurants nearby in town and again taking our bikes. Casa palma is such a little gem. It was a perfect weekend filled with activities, relaxation, and enjoying all the yummy restaurants nearby . My friends and I had a blast. One of my friends is going to come back and plan her company retreat next month because we had such a great time . I will definitely come back! Loved everything about it definitely a 10 out of 10!

I just got back from the best girl getaway at casa palma. The weather was perfect and we lounged by the pool all day. They have these really cute Floaties so we just laid out and enjoyed ourselves finally finding time to catch up and get some tan ;) we loved all the staff ...everyone was so kind and welcoming. It just made our day feel so restful and just what we needed.  There is also another pool and a Jacuzzi if you want to separate yourself from the main pool. we also loved their pickle ball courts, and front lobby, and fireplace areas. There were mostly young couples there and friends. It is nice that they allow children if we want to come back another time and bring our kids. I'm already married, but i might tell my brother to get married here. It is a perfect spot because it feels so private and tucked away and a really a beautiful oasis for the guests. I also really care about cleanliness and the grounds and rooms were spotless. They've done a great such a great job with the design. I will absolutely be back and I can't wait. I go to Palm Springs all the time to get away from the gloomy Beach weather and now I know my home from home will always Casa Palma!

I had a truly a wonderful 5 night stay at Casa Palma, this gorgeous boutique hotel that felt like a private oasis from the moment I arrived. The lush, beautifully maintained grounds create a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with stylish touches that make you feel right at home. What really set the experience apart, though, were the lovely and welcoming staff, who made my stay so enjoyable. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Rochelle and Ryan, who were so genuinely kind and clearly passionate about creating a special place for guests. For anyone looking for a chic, tranquil escape in Palm Springs, I couldn’t recommend Casa Palma more highly—it’s truly a standout.

We loved Casa Palma! Amazing pools, great staff and great location. The hotel is only open as soft opening so still some renovation activity on the property but that’s not a problem. Very polite staff and workers. Breakfast simple (muffins & coffee) but fine for us. Absolutely loved it!

Our bathroom had some cabinets that were broken. And we wanted to extent our stay with 2 nights. Initial booking was for 2 nights via booking. When we asked the reception for extension we got a much higher rate (despite 10% discount because of renovation works) than we got on booking. We didn’t mind doing the reservation via booking.com but the hotel did miss out on commissions therefore so it was a bit weird that they couldn’t match the prices of booking.com. We were also surprised nobody asked us for feedback or a review, can imagine that during a soft opening this is super relevant info for the property.

Our best place to stay during the US trip! Absolutely fantastic! It was very clean, not only the room but also swimming pools, all the areas - it was cleaned every day in the morning and super fresh and ready to use when you wake up. The pools and jacuzzi are super nice and have everything you need (even nice music). The staff was incredibly nice, taking care of our relax an nice stay. The city is very nice and worth visiting also. Nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a lot time spent there and want to come back!!

The bedding and furniture are very nice. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. This property was recently renovated and it was done really well. There are two large pools and plenty of lounge chairs. The grounds are lush with greenery and planting and the gorgeous San Jacinto mountains are the backdrop views from the pool. Definitely recommend a sunset swim to take in all this beauty.

No mini fridge in the room. No exhaust fans in bathrooms but there is an operable window. Shower could have been a bit bigger since the bathrooms are very spacious.

Property was in process of renovation and was newly opened. Beautiful modern clean and trendy aesthetic. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were great. Pools were nice and the staff was so helpful and excited about being open, welcoming feedback and giving suggestions. Allison in particular was amazing!

A lot was under construction and I’m excited to see how the gym and pools look once completed and there are good and beverage options onsite

Amazing property with such a beautiful venue. The pools were very nice, the tennis court was beautifully located and the room was very clean. Loved everything with the property, a plus that there were so many activities to do on the properties. Everything from pickleball to scrabble.

Only thing I can come up with is that I would like some more tennis balls

Amazing hotel great service very clean . Really nice outdoors pool and views are amazing and pool is kept at a very nice temperature . They offer bikes and activities included . They also have a small. Breakfast table in the mornings for guests to grab on the go . When we were relaxing by the pool staff passed by with some sweet treats for guests . Truly an exceptional stay

Very clean, love the decor, the shower was fantastic, and the staff are so professional. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The only downside is the bed was too soft, my partner is 6’2” about 200 Ibs, he sank when he lied down in bed, it provided no support to his back, he turned and tossed all night, he never got a comfortable sleep when he was there.
