The motel’s location was perfect for me as I was in Palm Springs for business in that area. The stuff is extremely nice and efficient, I had a small problem with a shower in the room and it got resolved quickly and I was relocated to another room. The motel has some tea and coffee next to reception, and the room is quite spacious and clean. The motel also has video cameras around the property, so as a solo female traveller, I felt pretty safe.

Do not trust the bad reviews. I booked this place because of the great price. I then went in and read all the bad reviews and was a little worried about the place. When we got there the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby is cute, and has a coffee maker and a microwave. She even had some forks and knives for my reheated dinner. We had parking right outside our room which was nice to see the car. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was how clean it smelled. The room is very basic, as are most motel/ hotel rooms. It had everything I needed. I went out to the pool and it was clean. There were guests there but plenty of room to lounge. There were guests using the hot tub as well which was clean. If I go back to Palm Springs I’d stay there again as it’s close to everything as well.

My company requires me to travel extensively spending more than 50% in hotels. On the day I was due to check into the hotel I called the property to let them know I would be arriving very late , the woman on the other end of the phone was AMAZING, she was understanding and simply made me feel like i was going home for the holidays. When i arrived at the property I was so pleasantly surprised, the property was very clean and the woman i spoke to on the phone happened to be the manager Cheri. The property is very well maintained the staff is great and The manager is the best HOTEL GM I’ve ever encountered i’m a post menopausal middle aged executive so i say it the way i see it. THE INFUSION BEACH CLUB is a tucked away gem in the heart of PALM SPRINGS The comfortable accommodations, great pricing you can’t go wrong . Pool was heated and felt very nice. Clean rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. I like that the pool towels are now located in your room. I like the snacks they sell in the lobby. I like that rooms are spacious and have either a sofa/chairs. The beds are comfortable.

Wish the rooms came with hair dryers and full length mirror. The fridge wasn't cold. Room did not have a smart TV yet my friend's room did. Could use a place to hang clothes. They used to have a hanging poll in the rooms which I think they removed. Wish their was an active bar at the pool.

I love the shallow pool. It's perfect for cooling off, swimming, exercise or relaxing with no worries of heavy swimming activity. Close by is the jacuzzi, & the great relaxing cabanas with custom seating & cushions. If you prefer sunbathing or being directly poolside there are lots of lounges provided. There is even a BBQ Grill if wanted with plenty of tables & chairs to enjoy your meal. Access is secure within a gated & enclosed style courtyard. Special oversized pool towels provided in rooms. Easy in & out, check-in & ample free parking. Summertime visit, ac works great to maintain room temp!!!! The location is perfect for great food close by, including Billy Reeds, Ricks, Freddie's Kitchen & Agua Caliente Casino & of course the tram too. From 1st. visit forward, we have always been welcomed & treated wonderfully by the manager. & staff. The next time in I will absolutely make sure to get the correct spelling of her name & share it back here. I am not sure if it is Cheri Or Sheri or? I do know that she has always made us feel welcome, & relaxed & available to help us at any time. If you have medical appointments or family or friends in Desert Regional Hospital, it's a perfect location. The big Coffee pot located in the lobby, is typically ready to go around 7:00 a m. DN

The reception people were friendly and helpful. The staff was friendly helpful and caring. Overall the staff the people that work for this hotel fantastic always with smile.

The pool was great. I liked that it was open until midnight and had a DJ. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby has a cool retro decor with snacks and personal care items for sale. The room was a little better than expected for the price, except it does not have a phone. You have to walk down to the front desk if you need anything.

Great value for one night. The pool was warm and clear. Also, the jacuzzi was clear and hot -very nice! The pools stayed open till 12 AM. We stayed during the week so loudness was not a bother. The pool was not very busy after 9 PM. The room was clean. The beds were clean. Decent room for the price but you'll notice some wear and tear but I've seen worse. The wear and tear here was tolerable.

The shower is very high-pressure. It feels good on the back for a bit but if you're craving a relaxing shower after a long day, this may not be it.
