I loved room and facilities. The bed was amazing!!! TVThe pool and hot tub are wonderful.

The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. I was also surprised to find carpet in my room. It looked nice but carpet is never clean.... Also the shampoo/conditioner dispenser was totally broken and non functional. The hand rails at the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting dirty. The Blue covers on the daybeds were in desperate need of washing.

The location was great. We got a fantastic deal for a 3 day weekend trip. We loved the security. The room was spacious, and the bed was wonderful. My husband loved the smart television.

The light outside of our door wasn't working. So, at night, I needed to use my cellphone light to key in our code to the room. There's no peep hole to see on the other side of the door.

room safe stopped working because batteries died, and it took some time for staff to be reached by call centre to address. we stayed seven nights and not to have the room cleaned for that length of time wasn’t the best. not sure if that was mentioned in your advertising. getting replacement towels also was a bit of an effort.

First off, Cassie is amazing! She was an incredible hostesses who greeted us warmly and communicated very well. Located on the main road into Palm Springs, the location was great for getting into and out of town. That said, there was a little road noise but Cassie provided ear plugs and a sound machine, neither one was needed. The bed was very comfortable and the decor as we had hoped. We have passed The Cole sign dozens of times. We were so happy a stay there finally happened. Nice coffee supplies, bathroom amenities, and pool lounge equipment. What a delightful stay.

There wasn't much not to like. A couple of things were tired. The safety lock on the door was ineffective, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing, and the lounge chairs had slight tearing. None would stop us from returning!

No creamer for coffee .

Checkin process was all on line and so took some time. The method of opening the doors was through a phone app. This never work so we had to enter a code each time we entered which was a nuisance.

From the moment I stepped onto this property and checked into my room, I was in LOVE. This Mid Century Modern cutie pie is well appointed from the view of the mountains from my bed, to seeing the pool from my room, I was very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful, and always around to answer questions or exchange my towels for clean ones. The pool was super clean along with the hot tub, which, can be difficult to achieve in Spring time in Palm Springs with the winds and the dust/ Daily I noticed the staff taking time to wipe everything down, and putting things back together just right.

The check in process was easy using the app, and the room was very clean. We loved the style of the motel, and the pool/hot tub area is perfect even in the winter. The wifi speed was great, and we didn't have any issues with outside noise in the room. We felt safe the whole time, and the location is pretty central. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we could need. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Parking is $15 extra per night for a non-secured lot, which is unfortunate. Our room didn't have a microwave, but they offered to switch our rooms when we asked about it which was thoughtful.

Noise due to thin ceilings, air conditioning cutting on and off, shower coming on randomly several times in middle of night.

The location was very nice, not in the center of Palm Springs and close to the entrance of I-10 and supermarkets. We drove to Palm Spring center to go for dinner and we get there in 5 minutes and also used a free parking service. The room and the bathroom are very beautiful as they appear in photos and were very clean. This is an auto check in facility but the process is very easy. In the beginning we were having a small issue with the door of the building a the cleaning lady was very helpful. There is a nice restaurant on site that you can use if you are tired to go out for dinner, food was very good. Room is comfortable and swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice and clean. The value for the price was very good and I would for sure come back. The room has hair dryer, microwave, coffee machine (with coffee provided!) and fridge, so was possible to buy something to have breakfast on site before going.

Maybe the paid parking, since look like an open area where everyone can end up parking, not sure how much control was on it.
