The mineral pools, the food and the room was big enough and balcony.

No room service, I ask the housekeeping but new towels never came and the coffee station no coffee. The room floor had strange bumps in it here and there. Bring back room service since your rooms have more value with it. The kids were annoying with all the splashing and noise they make. And the adults talking loud. I kept moving pools to have some peace and quiet. Please designated some meditation pools for a no talking zone. I found no quiet peace in any of them. I don’t want to hear other people’s strange conversations, either.

It's always a great visit back!! From the greetings at the door, to Chrissy at Spa services. Awesome lady. Adam at Capris resturant on property, to my favorite. If you go, you can not go without a stop with Hiram. Very blessed and gifted healer at the Springs. Left feeling amazing. Highly suggest one before you leave and book ahead so not to lose out. Honorable mentions to Nick. My daughter had her return massage with Nick. Can not go wrong with either masseuse. Pools are beautiful. Maintenence and security does a great job of try to keep some really unruly guests that just don't respect other ppl or property after midnight hours. ***Again this is NOT a resort issue rather the guests that stay. Children from 3 and up a few younger do NOT belong out after the 10pm curfew. Parents drinking while their kids are running jumping bothering guests. No supervision, while their parents act like 2 year Olds. Its not fair to the other children or their parents who respect the rules and have their kids in the suites by 10 while others think their exempt. 10 means 10. Go home! They are nice enough to let you drink and eat pool side, plastic cups are provided at all times. Always 5 or 6 local families that actually seem to ruin it for every one. Grown men ( and women? ) throwing glass bottles outside of patios getting on grass isn't cool. Grow up. Places like these are very hard to come by at a comfortable rates and nice accommodations to enjoy but there are rules for a reason. Babysitting by guests or staff is NOT INCLUDED. Get a sitter be responsible or leave them home or stay home yourself, they really DON'T need you or your money or your broken glass bottles . Your much to old to be supervised no wonder your kids behave as they do. Apples dont fall far from tree . Actually it's the kids that are between 10-15 that are very rude and disrespectful. They seem to try to over take pool from the seniors enjoying their space.

Drunk parents throwing broken glass and garbage after midnight, , kids left out unsupervised as young as 3 up to 15 years, the resort is NOT your babysitter. Loud ppl near ice, soda machines. Always keep you up. Kids running in hallways at all hours again NO supervision. There should be a 2 warning rule and out they go. Don't ruin it for those that respect other and the property. Other families and well behaved kids shouldn't be punished for the 1%. Check out! OK comon guys! I gotta say something helpful, CHECK OUT 11:00 CHECK IN 4???? Need to bump hours a bit, it's a resort. Should be a 3pm check in 1pm check out. Your really only get 1/2 day on day 1 for a full rate.

The main large pool about 90 degrees was nice … the warmest small pool with strong jets was nice . The restaurant is decent and reasonable

Any time you go to these places ,a lot of the experience is colored by the other guests using the pool…quiet, calm, or crowded and noisy . It was mostly calm and ok… there was one older woman with a dog sitting on her lap on the edge of a tub and walking her dog in the pool area . There was another woman smoking .

We really liked our stay at the Resort. The staff was super friendly and at the check-in we got a nice and happy welcome from Thomas. I understand what some people have written about the pool „needing a renovation“ but to us it really wasn’t that big of a deal. The ground of the pool was a little uneven and not new but all 4 of us really liked the pool. (It’s open 24/7!) When one of us told the staff that a small pool on the side was cold (not asking them to do something about it — just chatting a bit) they heated it up for us. The room was tidy and the beds were also really comfortable. We didn’t stay for breakfast because we wanted to go to a diner but we were really surprised by the variety of options and by how cheap they were in comparison to other places we’ve been so far.

Some lamps in our room didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem for us. The one thing that was bit of a problem for us was that the shower was quite hot and we didn’t manage to get cooler water. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t bring this to their attention but the staff was so nice I‘m sure they would’ve helped us with that.

The pool was great to soak in and to swim in with the whole family. We enjoyed some shaded areas in the afternoon, as it was very hot. The room appeared a good size for a small family, and is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. The blinds kept the noise & sunlight out! Comfy beds. The staff was wonderful! Their tap water is drinkable!

The carpet & doors in the room and throughout the hotel could be refreshed/cleaned/painted. Adding some small solar sidewalk lights and solar stairs lights around the pool area would make the area safer, especially when it's dark.

The 24 hour mineral pools I was able to soak and worked out in the miracle water at 5 AM and watch the sun come up. I love the restaurant everyone treated me like family! Room service and food incredible with a great view of the mountains very safe and secure highly recommend to anyone who needs to get away and soak in the sun and heal in the mineral waters.

I love everything about this property! Not a thing I can say, I didn’t like! Even the housekeepers had big smiles on their faces!

The pools were great. The room had an air conditioning problem - notified front desk of this when leaving. The AC blew warm air instead of cool. They were going to send maintenance to fix after. The resort was quiet in the evening and the food prices and value for food was very good. It was not too crowded and had a nice retro feel - like the old days when things were slower and more personable. They upgraded our room for no charge so we could have a better view of the pools. I would stay longer than a night next time - maybe 3 -4 nights would be perfect. I hope to come back some day.

The AC needed to work as the outdoor temperatures are very hot. Pool towels or information on this should be provided be front desk. I was not informed that we needed to use our room towels first then exchange them at the front desk for new ones. Most pools have the towels on or near the pool deck.

Nice clean room with a fridge, microwave and a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were fine, the bathroom was clean. The water comes from natural hot springs and even the toilets' water was warm and steamy! It's conveniently situated near Joshua Tree national park so was a perfect stop for us (different to a motel).

The pool area is open 24hrs so unfortunately some people had decided to have a loud drunken conversation there in the middle of the night until early hours so we didn't get much sleep.

The room was decent size and cleanliness, everything worked as expected. The hot spring pools were dated but very clean good mineral water, the pool area had a certain charm. The best part about this motel was the pools. We will come back again because of the mineral pools. We really liked that the pools were open 24 hours for bathing.

We knew not to expect a modern, new facility, so we were not surprised by the Mid Century, run down Motel 6 style of the hotel. The lobby carpet was unacceptably dirty. A motel of this caliber should not dare charge 260 a night, but it is sitting on a Hot Spring so that's the only reason they can get away with it.

We have been going to miracle Springs for maybe 15 years, once or twice a year. We really love it there. The pools are wonderful, the weather is perfect, and the restaurant goes from good to excellent, apparently depending on who is cooking that night.

What we have noticed is that maintenance is uneven. There are lots of little things that don't get taken care of. Our first d day, we called the front desk to tell them our bathtub wasn't draining. It would have been at most a ten minute repair job. Five sys later, it still wasn't repaired. The toilet tank had a slow leak, and occasionally would start to refill-- in the middle pf the night.
