Everyone there is lovely including the owner. I mean super sweet. Except for one gentleman that I believe is either mentally impaired or extremely emotionally immature. Jary and I work at another business together and I made the mistake of carding him one time because I didn't know him and he looks very young and this apparently chopped his ass and he has never recovered from it. So he is on a course to annoy me, which doesn't work, so picks on my mentally disabled autististic husband. We had checked into Motel 6 many times and registration has never been an issue. I have power attorney over my husband so we don't usually check him in nobody's ever asked us to check him in or use his license so it was never an issue. Well Jary asked for his license when he went up to get a key one time and addressed him in a manner that upset my husband so my husband came back to the room told me about it and I intended to go take care of it in a little while. (JARY HAS BEEN TOLD MY HUSBAND IS SEVERELY AUTISTIC FROM ANOTHER INCEDENT HE PERPETRATED, AND ASKED TO LEAVE HIM ALONE). At no time did anybody ever refuse to give him ID or not be willing to give ID or anything like that or register my husband. Yet I went up there to the front to resolve the issue, and Jarry threatens me and tells me he can have me thrown out all the police and by this time I'm so irritated I figure it's best I just walk away and come talk to the owner later so I politely walk away and subsequently speak to the owner. Apparently Jary's got all kinds of notes in the computer, that we shouldn't be rented to again because we refuse to register my husband, which never happened and I was taken aback by the owner because I realize he believes Jary ( which in most situations I would find admirable, but I don't understand how he can have an employee like this and not know that he's a tool). Anyway, the notes read as if we have been having an ongoing issue.

The price.

The front desk, a tall skinny gentleman with glasses, and the manager were not very empathetic to my situation, having been refused service at another hotel because I had a seçrvice dog. They were just very short and curt with me. Way to be welcoming, guys. They don't do the AARP late check out for AARP guests, which was very disappointing, and it was not open for discussion when I was looking at the website. They just said that doesn't apply to us. The other 6's in the Coacbella Valley offer the AARP late check out with a smile. There, NO, or THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO US, is not a good look for Motel 6 North.

I absolutely love how the staff were so friendly and quick with everything, when i checked in, it was literally took maybe two minutes and i was out there door on my way to mine. When i opened the door it smiled fresh and cleaner than the Sparks i had stayed in the nite before... Amazing how much nicer it was to pay less and just over all a better experience than I had imagined... Thank you ★★★★★ all the way 5★

It’s close to the highway, very accessible.

It’s location. Too windy. The front desk. We arrived in there at 4PM, the front desk staff made us wait (at the parking lot with gusty winds) for over an hour for the room. And he’s not even apologetic, he raised voice when I followed up (few mins past the initial 30-40 mins he promised) saying we’ve waited already, why not wait a lil bit longer! 🙄

The employee in the office K.J he explained everything very clearly told me everything that was going on told me my room I went to the office wanted to ask about room service he took care of that for me had a problem with the key stepped up took care of that too also he told me about putting the pass in my car window so my car won't get towed explained if I had any guests to go to the office and make sure they get a piece of paper so they don't get their care towed he took care of everything.

Most of the staff are exceptional. The management team here has really upped their game. Good job all.

There is one staff member at the front desk who can be quite rude and dismissive. She has longer dark hair, has an accent, and wears a hair clip on top of her hair. She says we can't do that a lot, without checking with anyone before she answers. Maybe a bit more training would be helpful.

The Manager was awesome and I loved the ladies in housekeeping thanks girls for taking care of my family and i while we stayed there.. love the warm cozy towels . ..will come back definitely

Nothing really but the only thing I didn't like was the parking was crazy. U leave and then when u come back u gotta find a parking spot...guess yall doing wonderful!!!

Great customer service, Very Clean , Lots of parking feels very safe in the area , Resturant next door open 24 hours. Showers were very nice well done nice and hot water great pressure.

No microwave no refrigerator I need to take my food and medicine with me when travel . Bed a little too soft .

Great location with easy access to Palm Springs, basically a long stretch to downtown. The room was spacious, there’s a pool that I didn’t use but I saw people enjoying it. It has good value for money overall. The receptionist was super kind and attentive.

The room had a strange smell, probably the air con filter that needs to be replaced.

The staff and the service were great.

If you don't have a car there is no public transportation to get you to sites in the area.
