The pools were magnificent. Staff was GREAT and helpful. Lory was wonderful checking us in and was very informative. The grounds were kept clean.

The bed I slept in was broken. Not sure if it was the bed frame or the mattress. I would unwantingly roll to the middle/other side of the bed. It was not a comfortable sleep that night for sure. The restaurant, I think, needs a rescue. The menu needs to be updated or maybe just different cooks. My mom ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. The food was cold and there was no flavor. We ended up sending it back, unfortunately. I also think they were shorthanded because Sunday morning my family and I went there for breakfast, we got there before 11:00 am, and ended up getting our food at 12:10pm.

They’ve made some upgrades and improvements here as compared to a couple years ago, and it’s made a difference! Our room was newly redone, and there’s been a new paint job in various places. Our room was so comfortable! (Previously, we’d come for the amazing water but the rooms were a downside). Staff was friendly and helpful, and Eddie the bartender was fantastic! We loved the economical drinks! Can’t wait to come back! So grateful this place exists!

Delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. Pools are open for 24 hrs, clean, nice temperature. Very polite, kind staff. I left my bracelets in our room after check out. They were my favourites. I called Front Desk that evening, they had it at Lost and Found! Big thank you to the Cleaning Lady ♡♡♡. My bed was very comfy, our heater worked fine. We stayed on 2nd floor, in a pretty pool view room. Our room was spaceous. Refridgerator and micro was a nice addition. The hotel is a little bit outdated, it's an old building. No luxury, but very nice place to relax at for a few days. Clean, comfortable accomodation and very kind staff ♡ . We had a great time, stayed for 2 nights. I will be back :)

the pool area was very nice, selection of different temperatures so you'll find one for any time of the day. What made it the great experience it was, was the staff. Everybody we had contact with was very polite & it seemed they liked working there & the team had great energy.

While the pools are generally clean, insects accumulate in the water over the course of the day.

I liked that my room didn’t match previous reviews. It was not only clean, but was freshly carpeted and painted. The view of the city was amazing and the pools were incredible. I liked having both my front door and back doors open- which allowed for a magnificent breeze. The pools were open 24 hours- I loved that. I would most definitely stay again.

My bathroom door was outdated. What a complaint!

Access to pool and jacuzzi 24/7. Restaurant and bar located on the property. Every room has a mini fridge and microwave. Dual sinks.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower kept changing. The electrical outlet accessibility is lacking on both sides of the bed.

I'm very thankful for Brandy who was working the desk late at night, and exceeded my expectations in getting me a room despite me inadvertently booking the following day on-line! She went out of her way to ensure I had a place to stay the night especially since I was leaving at 5:30 am the very next morning!

The hot springs, the bar, food prices, and excellent staff made it memorable.

The facilities seemed to be suffering from faded grandeur. The room, the beds, the doors, the artificial turf all need replacing. It seems that the resort lacks a proper facilities maintenance person. And the property is surrounded by aggressive homeless people.

I have been coming here for something like 30 years. The hotel has gone up and down as far as looks. I must say that the staff has always been great and still is to this day. The rooms do need to be updated and there are some repairs that need to be done around the place for sure and they know it and are making strides to do so. That being said The rooms are comfy, big and clean. We come here not for the rooms but for the thermal pools that we can use 24/7...our last trip here we went to several shows up at pappy and Harriet's in pioneer town...and came back around 2 am and had the pools to ourselves...it was nice...we probably spent five or six hours a day in the water about an hour at a time. The bar and the restaurant are a nice addition to our stay. We had some good honest food, not fancy but very good and the staff there is great. The bar has always been a good value. They make good stiff drinks and have some variety of beers on hand
