I just got home from celebrating my 80th birthday with 20 friends and family members. This spa resort far exceeded my expectations. My catered party that we held in the yoga room was spectacular. Alysa, head of the cafe, did an excellent job. All of my guests were well taken care of. They loved the beds, pillows, service, spa amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, and the massages. Everyone was thrilled with this place. We decided to make this an annual event for my husband and me as a refresh and renewal getaway. We highly recommend this resort!

I visited Azure for my birthday, I'm very big on relaxing! While there I got two massages and a body scrub. I wish I could remember the names of the 3 women who serviced me because it was all remarkable service that left my body feeling great. The food options were quite delish, and while a bit expensive ( to me a Southerner from texas) it was nice to not have to leave the resort at any time for food. I don't mind paying for my convenience. I absolutely will be returning!

I wont say I disliked it however I wish the tea bar was available not just during spa services. Maybe have some tea option available at the grab and go. I cant think of any dislikes honestly.

The staff was so friendly. The resort was very clean and had really beautiful grounds. A well thought out plan for the property. We enjoyed all the baths and rooms. The Cafe was a little lacking in dinners. Spa treatments would have been utilized if the prices were lower.That said, I would have rather used the bubble bath in my room, but the tub was too small even for me at 5 ft. 5 in. I would stay again and would recommend it to my friends. I will be back for a girls trip!

The place was beautiful and very well decorated. We had a spacious room with a private hot spring tub. And, the highlight was the body treatment/massages we both received. They were fabulous.

The room. It was too warm with a heavy comforter yet the AC could not go down below 70 degrees. The room had poor soundproofing. We heard people talking in the next room, walking upstairs, flushing toilet, and running bath water at 12:30am. As a result, we barely slept that night when we stayed there.

Your hot mineral spring waters were fantastic! I love the pool, spas, hot tubs and was able to utilize all during my stay with no waiting and or issues which was exceptional only probably because of the days that I visited was a Sunday - Monday. And your Himalayan Salt room, ice room, and saunas was totally awesome to use too! Thank you for a wonderful experience which was my first!

Maybe just walking on the tiny rocks, dirt, pebbles getting to the Oasis Hot tubs from the pool or spas. Especially when I wear the rented slippers from the room to walk around in and after soaking my feet in the mineral spring water. Not ideal to flip flop around!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in a double room with a mineral water bath tub in the room and mountain views. It was really nice. The robes and spa shoes are an added bonus. The little cafe downstairs had great baked goods. We had confirmed massage appts on the day of arrival but there was some glitch in the system and we ended up having our massages the next morning which turning out great. Book with Concepcion at the spa! Also, the grounds are well kept up and very clean. Del the Pool Wizard was a delight!

The outside sauna was old /needs an update and wasn't very warm.

We ate several meals and snacks at the hotel, taking our food to the lovely space overlooking the pool. Everything we ordered, including coffee, was very good. There’s was plenty of seating in several different areas and it is all beautifully landscaped. Staff was friendly. The pool was huge and clean and a good temperature. The bed was comfortable and furnishings new and clean . Comfortable lightweight robes and flip flops provided. FYI, the hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood, which I didn’t realize, but it feels private.

There was a wadded up piece of plastic in the corner of my shower. Everything else was very clean. My one suggestion is to have more surface space to put things on. There are not traditional bedside tables, big dresser top, etc. I like to set out my various bags, travel items, etc out for easy access, but the shelving in closet was kind of narrow and hard to get access. At least, give every room several luggage racks.

Exceptionally clean, wide choices to relax, convenient cafe and food choices, staff exceptionally accommodating and helpful. A place where respect and professionalism of every staff person shoes these people take pride in their profession

Neighborhood isn’t in the expensive region. One would falsely think this property would be less classy than it is just driving by. The welcome entrance with the roped area did make me feel like a red carpet effect started there….at the entrance and carried throughout. Stop I. And see for yourself!

When we told them how special this vacation was to us, they took call us and do everything they could to accommodate our wishes. Each and every staff member was very friendly and makes us feel comfortable. The outdoor hot springs and saunas are carefully managed by staff and kept clean.

Inside cafe closed early

The room was outstanding with our own personal mineral water soaking tub! The grounds were nicely done and the hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of a desert neighborhood. The outside is very unassuming but inside is welcoming and clean and sets the relaxing vibe.

Absolutely loved everything- however encountered one rude employee in the cafe on our last day of our stay.
