The resort was lovely, relaxing, and beyond my expectations. Beautifully landscaped grounds, three warm mineral pools, enjoyable dry sauna, many private outdoor areas to enjoy, and much more!! The daily breakfast was good and served in a nice room with a fireplace. My room was comfortable and clean. The resort is close to Palm Spring and other areas of interest. A car is a must, no public transportation close by. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I was a sole traveler and always felt safe. I found it easy to talk with other guests as it was a friendly vive. I recommend The Springs Resort and hope to return next year.

The resort was quiet with a whisper and no loud cell phone talking policies. The room was right off the pools and open 24/7 so one could take a dip at midnight...as I did. Extremely accommodating staff. Great value in July and August.

I liked everything about this Spa. There is nothing I did not like. If you are looking for a spa with a restaurant...this is not the site...although there are coffee and breakfast items. The treatments were a wee bit pricey...but that is ok. The service is excellent.

Great facilities, very clean and well maintained - my regular fact-based review The room heater worked great (winter stay no AC needed), the Heater had a quiet mode; Wifi was good, Hot water was plentiful in the shower, t-mobile service was very good, plenty of power outlets in the room, towels were of high quality and always available for change-out, sheets were nice on the bed, bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple but good, room doctor was appropriate for the type of room, rooms were clean, the room had a refrigerator - coffee - tea - water pitcher - safe. Pools were great, parking was plentiful, even charging for Tesla was free, the hotel was accessible to guests only. Very nice stay - will come back for sure

You are transformed into another world once you enter the facility. It has a calm and relax atmosphere. The staff is so nice and accomodating. We were upgraded to the Mountain view suit, which is the best room in the resort, with its own parking and entrance. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and had full kitchen. It also is next to the spa. We felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. There were few other couples, but we hardly saw them. Everyone was so quiet. We were there for only 1 night, but wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back.

Nothing really. If you are looking for places closed to more activities , then this might not be the place for you. But if you want to get away from everything and relax, then you won't find a better place.

1. The guest in the next room kept snoring at 11pm, which was too loud and I couldn't sleep for the first 3 hours... it was horrible. Wish this place has better soundproof. The staff was great and provided me with earplugs based on my requests, but the noise didn't go away and overall I got a bad sleep that day : ( 2. The LD player was broken 3. The bathroom is a little bit small, and the water from the bathroom shower head is a bit small 4. Not much choices on breakfast, the fruits were not that fresh

First room was very basic and a bit glum. Once moved to a corner suite, it felt very light, lovely, and with own deckchair outside, made it very relaxing. The Spring Resort & Spa has really grown since I visited last. Now, there is a detox juice cleanse on offer, thanks to the brilliant therapist Alyssa, along with incredible body treatments like castor oil wraps and colonics. Love the three mineral pools. None smell like chlorine; just natural mineral springs. Plus, I enjoy both the Infrared and Finnish dry saunas. And the tranquility. No kids. And no loud mouths on cell phones. Bliss!

I wish the breakfast was a bit more substantial. Stone cold, hard boiled eggs are too dry and firm. But love the healthy rye/sourdough breads. Also, wish there was a small, healthy menu available later in the day for us long-distance travelers who land with no car, jetlagged, hungry, at awkward hours. Yes, you offer a cheese platter - (and wine/champagne). Generous amount of fruit and crackers, but the cheese selection is poor. Not fresh. Supermarket pre-wrapped little rubbery cheeses. I hope they took my comments to heart. Some warm, healthy soups and fresh salads would have been great!

One of the few spas in Desert Hot Springs with THREE mineral pools - and none smell strongly of chlorine. The Spring Resort also has both an infrared and regular Finnish dry sauna! Plus, I discovered that the Spring now offers a comprehensive juice-soup detox program, led by the warm and knowledgeable Alyssa, who also offers colonics, castor oil compress treatments and more, at a very affordable price! My first room, near reception, was a bit dark and small, but once I upgraded to a corner suite, I was very impressed and content. There is a really sweet, calm and chilled atmosphere in this adult-only establishment, which is in itself a therapy, especially for stressed-out, overworked city-dwellers. Humble, basic yet provides a great foundation for restoration and deep relaxation.

This resort only offers breakfast, which is quite basic... Plus a cheese platter - and some alcoholic beverages later in the day. The cheese platter had an abundance of delicious fruits but I expected to find fresh cheeses; goats cheese, brie; anything fresh, not supermarket pre-wrapped minis... I raised the issue and the meal was taken off my bill immediately and with a smile. Still wish the resort would offer a couple of alternatives for us foreigners arriving jetlagged from Europe, with no car. But now that the Spring offers a juice-fast, I will definitely preorder it for my next visit.

I was charged for an item I didn't have, and the front desk lady insisted I took it. Makes me very upset and almost ruins my good time there. The front desk attendant must not help more than one customer at a time and be attentive to the needs of the guests. And put a nice smile to make us feel welcome

Beautiful and lush little resort with 3 hot springs pools and infrared + dry sauna. Perfect for unwinding from the hecticness of daily life! I was also blown away that they left a bottle of chilled white wine in the room for my birthday (I mentioned it on phone when I called the property with a question) which i completely didn't expect. Thank you!

The property is lovely. The pools are great.

We had a room without adjoining kitchen therefore the kitchen between rooms was used by people occupying the next room. We could overhear them talking in our room when they were in the kitchen. The staff remind you to use low voices at the property but don't mention that includes inside your room. When I mentioned it, the staff sincerely apologized and said they would remind guests to use low voices in their rooms too. But seriously... who whispers in their hotel room? The place just isn't well enough insulated. I think this place is resting on it's reputation a little bit.
