The hotel was excellent, very small, super chill vibe. You could totally free to just be yourself, do whatever you wanted. I would totally return to this property, and I really enjoyed it. The only things I'll mention aren't really negatives, but just information stuff: I was there in early February, the weather was great some days, a bit chilly and windy on others. When the weather is chilly and windy, the temp of the hot springs pool can be a touch cool. But as soon as the weather warmed up, the temp of the springs improved noticeably. You also need to plan for your food ahead of time. If you have a car, no problem, there's a grocery store about 1.5 miles down the hill. If no car, you need to think about bringing your food, although great food prep facilities at the hotel once you have your food. Lastly, obviously nothing the hotel can do about where the hot springs are located, but the neighborhood is kinda sketchy. There are one or two restaurants a short walk up the hill. Walking around the neighborhood in daylight is fine, but the few times I walked around at night, I was pretty on-guard. But that's all just informational stuff. The hotel was awesome, and I had a great time.

Nice and relaxing place with nice mineral water in the pool and tubs. I received quick responses when I contacted management.

More awnings to create shade would be nice, especially at the unit entrances. The keypad gets so hot, you can barely touch it. One single guy that was there during our stay was a little bit creepy. The lighting in the room is too bright. Could use a couple of bedside lamps with incandescent bulbs.

Can only drive to and from the location-not walkable- but we had a rental so no problem there. Very clean, very spacious, nicely updated and maintained. Loved the ambience and wonderful public areas of the property. Location felt safe and secluded. Loved the private outdoor area (patio and soaking tub). Staff was amazing and great customer service (exceeded expectations!). Loved the beauty of the landscaping and being able to see the mountains from the property. Loved the easy to use custom security code (vs a traditional key) for the front gate and room. Loved the outdoor music selection and the volume it was kept at! Loved the outdoor kitchen and grill for guest use.

The price per night was very high for the location. Would have loved to have seen more couples staying at the location. It is a bit of a drive to Palm Springs (27 mins away each way). Would’ve been nice to have the outdoor hot tub (currently empty) filled and in use.

The place was spotless, well maintained, and the staff was top notch. Between all the features available and the remarkably chill and friendly fellow guests, my wife and I never felt more relaxed after just 2 days at Mi Kasa. We will certainly be back, and often.

We only spent 2 nights. If I had to come up with something for this question, it would be how long it takes for the water to get hot in the room. BUT the hot water IS coming from 350 feet below the facility so they’re doing the best they can. At least the pool and hot tub are hot 24/7.

The grounds and pools are amazing and great bed sheets. Room had everything we needed, The art and furniture looked nice. The jets in the outside jacuzzi were just right for massaging sore muscles and the body temperature pool was perfect,

The plumbing in the room could be better. Hot water took a long time to heat up and ran out quickly. Water flow to the outside tub was slow. Also the shower was very hard to adjust.

Was text day of with check in info, felt like an Air B&B (No Counter conversation) and upgraded to a better room at no cost. Vibe was everything, wife and I were admittedly anxious it being our first "clothing optional" resort. No judgment, no pressure. Pool was perfect temp, jacuzzi was relaxing at end of night. Laying out at night, birthday suit... Nothing better! Bed and pillows were awesome and room was extremely clean, A/C actually got too cold! Definitely going back ASAP.

My wife and I have become spoiled by being able to soak in the mineral water pool and hot tub, in the nude, and without children around, which makes this place a virtual oasis away from the every day.

Some of the facilities could use an update, and the bed was not the most comfortable, but those are minor grievances.

Ezzy is a fantastic host and will do everything he can to make your stay as great as possible. He gave us many advices concerning what to do or where to eat in Palm Springs. We stayed at MI Kasa in late October. It was very hot during day time but the temperatures dropped sensitivly at night. Even if it is a clothing optional resort, depending on when you decide to go, I would recommand to bring something a little warmer to wear in case the bathrobes Ezzy can provide aren't enough. We will go back at MI Kasa for sure !

The light could be improved with warmer spot bulbs and reading lamps to change the light atmosphere in the room at night. Don't forget to bring your face mask if you need total darkness to sleep. The phonic isolation in the room is not ideal.

The property was really relaxing. I like how it had many games around to play. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing.

I didn’t like how our shower drain in room 11 smelled like.

Super clean and comfortable environment. The fabulous experience started with a txt before we arrived with all the vital information we needed (room number, codes, etc.). Nothing to distract us upon arrival. When we were ready, Ezzy gave us a tour and answered any questions. Super relaxed and inviting environment where they have thought of everything!

There was nothing to not be happy about.
