The hotel was very clean, the location, for me, was fantastic, and the staff was very nice. I was also able to have the room cleaned daily, by request, which was a big plus!

The hours of the hotel store seemed to be very erratic. I think you should always be able to purchase needed snacks or supplies, seven days a week. For a few days it did not open at all. Since the store was closed, I was directed to the vending machines, but one of them was completely empty and the other was inoperable However, I really enjoyed the new coffee shop that evidently had opened right before my arrival!

Location was great! Nice room size. Rose at the front desk was very friendly. Covered garage with valet service was unexpected (in a good way).

For a pet-friendly hotel, there was no area for our dog to relieve himself. Water leaking from base of toilet. Informed the front desk agent and was told that maintenance will look into it (we even authorized for them to access our room while we were out). Came back and it wasn’t fixed. We were only staying one night so we just let it go (plus we didn’t want to relocate room). We did inform the front desk again at check out. We know this is personal preference but a microwave in a room would be nice.

I stayed at this hotel from Jan 27 to Jan 31/25. The staff were very friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. When I arrived in Palm Springs, I left my carry-on bag on the plane and the moment I realized this and told them, they were so nice, tried to calm me and got someone to bring me to the airport ASAP. The staff even told me to go my airline's checkout counter. Another time I left the same bag in the lobby of the hotel when waiting for the shuttle bus to take me to the airport to rent a car. The staff found it and even called my cellphone because they were worried that I was going to the airport to leave for home. Actually, all of staff at the hotel were very nice. This hotel is located right downtown Palm Springs - short walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops and close to the street craft fair that happens every Thursday night. It's also right next to the road that leads straight to the airport so if you want to go rent a car to go some place, it's very easy. This hotel is a great value for the money - some nearby hotels are double the price. I was in Palm Springs for business and this is the second time I've stayed at this hotel.

Nothing not to like.

The Hotel, was clean, comfortable (we did not eat there) Room was spacious and very well located in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs! We loved the home-from-home Keurig coffee machine, Fridge etc. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The hotel operates a car valet parking service (Inc in price) Tip staff of course. Works well for us. Yes, we would stay here again, it would be our choice!

1. We reported leaks to the Faucet/Sink Plumbing and also problems with the shower regulator at least three times. These were NOT attended to, fixed and or repaired during our stay. 2. The majority of the Pool side loungers were particularly uncomfortable. 3. The AC in the gym was to hot and was very uncomfortable. 4. Pool area bar is closed most of our stay save for Saturday.

The Zoso is my personal go-to when staying in Palm Springs. Location really is everything and it is where I want to be - to walk to where I want to get to. Where it lacks in views at times, it makes up for with the spaciousness of the rooms and bathroom. The valet team is great - they do get busy at times but they're so personable.

Just the tiniest mention, while the pool is *THE SPOT* I do wish they had a little more coverage or shade.

Not having the room serviced. They only do it if you request it but they did not tell us that at check-in. Then they prominently display in 2 locations how to tip the cleaning staff on-line. There was a very large enclosed patio but only a square cube out there. Was it a table? There were no chairs which was too bad since the weather was nice.

Within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shopping, coffee etc - with views all around. I had a room on the ground floor which was quiet, spacious and easy to access. I didn’t use the pool or other amenities so no comments on those. The staff were really helpful when my flight got cancelled and I unexpectedly needed to extend my stay. The airport shuttle leaving every 30 min was so convenient!

I liked everything!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space, very quiet, with a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff are friendly, smiling and ready to help.

There were no water bottles to drink in the room. The access road to the lobby was not well signposted. It would have been great if they had included something to eat (donuts, muffins, bananas, apples, etc) and drink (orange juice and coffee) in the lobby in the morning.

the room was nice and comfortable.

i didn't like the fact that there was naked gay men around the pool area showing a lot of skin and also displaying inappropriate actions for all to see. The restaurant food was served to us cold and very pricey for mediocrity food. The ice machine stayed broke our entire stay.

Great location, great size room I got a room with a poolside patio which I booked and was glad I did. Had food 2 of the nights which was really good too. Friendly staff all round from the reception staff, the cleaning staff on a morning to the barman on the evenings. The hotel and location in general were perfect , nothing like I'd experienced before as I came from the UK but I will be back, (if I get the discount promised for my good review hahaha*) *that was a joke obviously
