Very aesthetically pleasing location, looking back on to the mountain. Lovely pool space out back, and different entrances so as we could enter closer to our room. A key card was needed for these entrances so we always felt safe and comfortable. The room had Netflix and was stylish and comfortable. The shower bath also had nice pressure. Friendly staff and immaculately clean spaces. Free breakfast did the job.

At the breakfast, the utensils provided did not consider the environment. We were surprised to see paper plates and plastic cutlery. Perhaps a more environmentally conscious choice, such as reusable eating utensils, would be a better contribution to environmental sustainability.

The free breakfast was a good value. There were a lot of options and it tasted good. The staff was friendly. Check in at the front desk went well and Karisma answered my questions and assisted me with a smile. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A great value for the price.

The room I was initially given had a strange smell and our sink and dishwasher overflowed while we were at breakfast. The staff at the front desk was able to get me a new room. The new room smelled fine and I didn't have any issues after that.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Made many accommodations for our large group that we have not gotten at other hotels. My room was great with a kitchen and office desk. Laundry facilities were also a plus.

Breakfast choices were limited and not high quality. Overall a bit worn and a stale smell in hallways and rooms. Gym and laundry in one room made the gym very steamy in the afternoon/evening. Limited choices in snack shop.

Ease of check in and check out. Location of hotel was great. Room was very spacious and the kitchenette was a great feature to have especially a fridge and freezer.

Upon entering room there was a slight smell that was off putting. It was kind of musty mixed with stale air. Also the shower could use a little help. Mattress needed to be changed there was some obvious sagging and indentations.

Large maintenance crew on duty did great good of keeping up with the guest Absolutely no complaints about the condition of room I was actually pleasantly surprised to find better than I expected My first Homewood stay and I actually like it better than the Doubletree up the street I enjoy the waffles for breakfast

Pool towels ran out on Saturday It did not take long to replenish towels and there are plenty of lounge chairs at pool I would come back here again

The breakfast was good. Good selection. Nice sized fridge in unit. Unit was efficient and practical. Parking was great and nice location in a residential area.

Bed could have been more comfortable and unfortunately, I had a very loud, heavy walker in the room above me. Baby elephant type. So maybe a bit better insulation between rooms would help.

Breakfast was good, not exceptional by any means. The room design and amenities were excellent - nothing to complain about except the bud and the dresser drawers were too close together to be able to et into the left side of the bed. The king bed could have been substituted with a queen size and the room would have been perfect in every way.

The "supper" on Wednesday night was poor - a salad bar that was very lacking in fresh vegetables and there was no entrée! No meat or fish - nothing nut a poor salad and white bread rolls and whipped butter. That's poor service for an expensive hotel . There were no lounge chairs on the lawn area- only in the pool area - there should be some lounge chairs outside of the pool area. And the parking fee of $10/night was NOT advertised in Booking.com and overall was a cheap shot by the hotel. After paying a higher than usual price, to be charged for parking where there was an abundance of pacing spaces is low class move.

Brian greeted us for checkin after a very long day at the airport and was extremely kind. Breakfast was wonderful. We were placed in a suite, which was more than we needed, but they were extremely full due to the weather delays at the airport. I thought the suite was wonderful - clean, spacious, included kitchenette, etc. Would be great for an extended stay in the area.

Location was great and pool area was very clean and impressive! The view of the golf course and the mountains were beautiful! Didn’t have a chance to have breakfast.

Only thing that I was disappointed was one your front desk personnel was kinda rude. The only thing that I asked was if possible I can possibly check in early or what time I can check in. I don’t know if SHE was having a bad day.

The breakfast was very good. They ran out of food, but refilled it instantly. The pool was very nice. They added a couple of umbrellas for shade. They accommodated us with a top floor room. The receptionist was very nice.

The fourth floor, when we got there, smelled a little bit.
