We were at the apartment for the Indian Wells tournament. It's located in a very nice area, very nice views around. We were a group of 4 guys and we had a good sleep. Very clean and kitchen equipment is top notch. The place met our expectations and we left happy.

We arrived outside checkin hours (around 11 PM) so it was a bit complicated to find the place. It took us about 1 hour to locate the apartment in the middle of the night. The person at the entrance gate tried to help us, but we were still confused on how to reach the apartment. The whole complex is huge. Remember to call them if you are going to arrive outside their checkin hours and ask for detailed instructions!

Check-in was a breeze - Ericka was exceptional! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Amenities were great! We were steps away from the pool and jacuzzi- unfortunatley, our schedule and the weather didn't cooperate enough to take advantage. Checkout was even easier than checking in :-)

On Thursday, we were awakened by the sounds of weed wackers, edgers, lawn mowers and blowers right outside our front door. The sun was just peeking over the horizon and we had set our alarms for 9am as we had had a long day previous. It would have been nice to at least know that this was going to happen so we could prepare and not be abruptly awoken like that.

We love Indian Palms Vacation Club! This was our fourth trip here and for good reason. First- the staff is amazing- warm and welcoming. I so appreciate Erika, Hector and Michael. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing and fun vacation. Second the condos are always clean, air-conditioned splendor and well- stocked with kitchen supplies (pots pans toaster)had everything we needed to just enjoy a little home away from home in the desert. Third-the sparkling pool was enjoyed to beat the heat and just lounge. The desert is our happy place but the stay is made great by the Staff’s attention and kindness. We will be back- already booking next trip!

Convenient and the location was great as far as feeling safe being in a gated community. Easy parking and communication before, during and even after stay was exceptional. Was able to accommodate my late check-in with ease too. Short drive to Palm Springs and Coachella Valley too, so great proximity for site seeing. The mountain views around this area are breath taking too. Beds were very comfortable, best sleep I've gotten in a while especially traveling. Unit was updated and felt like a home and not a hotel so very welcoming.

The unit was 90% clean, the bathrooms could've used some more attention to details as there were cobwebs and dust on the floor. The rugs looked like they needed a spot cleaning too, but no smells or large issues. I would suggest a lightweight vacuum in the unit and not that push cleaner, as well as some Windex or spray cleaner to wipe down the stove, counters and table surfaces after use. Oh, and a cutting board as my unit was missing the pull out one from the counter.

Nice and spacious suite. Living, kitchen and dining downstairs. Bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Parking spaces are in front of the unit. There's a small patio at back. Beds are comfortable with clean sheets , ample pillows , towels and toiletries. The kitchen in well fitted with basics .

Due to this particular unit's location, one of the bedrooms is above Avenue 48 , which is a very busy and loud street. Cars and trucks are passing by at 50+ MPH creating a substantial discomfort. The window is single glazed and is does not provide sufficient noise protection. One cannot sleep in that bedroom under these conditions deeming it useless.

Staff was fast at responding. Thank-you Erika for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Nice, and Quiet. Pool was great. Bed's were comfortable. Loved having full kitchen and being able to cook.

I liked that it was in a nice area and, that it was very close to the local shopping district. I enjoyed the safe and peaceful atmosphere the vacation club provided and, appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were.

I would have liked to have been provided more details on the security deposit that is required of us when checking in. I did not know about this nor was it mentioned to me before checking in. I would have also appreciated more information surrounding what could disqualify us from receiving our security deposit back. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

Having never stayed here before, we were pleasantly surprised by how well maintained the property is given its age, that it’s a gated community, how clean our unit was, how well appointed the unit was, and very pleased by the welcoming reception at checkin with Erika. We also liked the fact the community is located off main boulevards, so easy to get to.

We have no complaints.

I liked the area and how it was in a gated community. The living space was great for us as we were able to sleep comfortably and have the amenities that many other motels or Hotels don’t provide such as a kitchen space with all you may need as well as the living spaces. We did not stay long so we didn’t get to explore all that the place offered.

The two story, for my grandma they were too steep however i am sure if I asked we could have changed that.

Staff was amazing! They communicate with you right up until arrival to make sure everything's is seamless. Erika was super responsive and accommodating and made the entire of our stay positive. Loved that our unit was right next to the pool and hot tub. Kitchen had all necessary supplies and dishwasher detergent stocked. Also loved the chair and tables for the patio

Only issue is that the bathrooms are a bit old/moldy. Would be great if they could be deep cleaned for guests
