When we arrive the lobby was clean and Robert the GM was so kind and helpful. Had our room ready for early check in. He made the process so easy and was so kind. Our room was a nice size and really clean. The whole weekend the staff not only kept our room clean but anything we needed they were there to help. We lost our toothbrusth and they were there with a replacement no charge.

The only thing I didn't like was there was not utensils in the cabinets. If have to bring your own if your are planning on using the stove top. But with leave of service that Robert and his team provide made up for it.

The place is brand new, and very CLEAN! I've stayed here 2 times before and the stay was very nice again. The hotel has nice accommodations for an extended stay. It has a complete kitchen, with a big refrigerator, a large kitchen sink and a two burner electric stove, so you can prepare your own Breakfast , lunch or dinner, on a long stay, instead of going out all the time. It also has plenty of cabinet space. It also has a very nice 65 inch LG TV, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms is decent size with a large granite counter top. Sink, included. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the shower was very nice.

I've stayed here 2 times before and everything was very pleasant, Clean, and very comfortable. The only thing was that the manager seemed stressed out for some reason and didn't even remember me this time and I thought he and I had some very good conversations last two times. Bad day for the manager, I guess,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The thing that I had was the restroom wasn't clean but the manager took care of it right away.

I was very surprised of how clean this place is I’m 63 years old I stayed in many hotels and this has been the CLEANEST hotel I stayed in, I will definitely come back and I have been telling my family and friends about your hotel.

Nothing everything was perfect Loved the location, loved the price loved the quietness of this hotel but mos of all I loved the customer service and the cleanliness of the room

I really liked the amenities in the room and the size of the rooms. They were very clean. Room had a small electric stove, microwave, and full size fridge and freezer. Other amenities including vending machines, a huge laundry room, and small gym. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beds were kinda high, and a little uncomfortable to my liking. Walls were very thin, so you could hear practically anything happening in your hotel floor or outside on the first floor.

location of hotel was close to shopping area, freeway, and close to family visit. Great views from hotel, affordable, clean, quiet area. Staff was friendly and welcoming even at 1a.m. and they received us warmly and had rooms available at the last minute booking decision, like their 24/7 desk and booking service. exceptional!

shower was broken but staff was nice and they changed us asap to a new room for our comfort and shower needs. thumbs up!:)

Checked in late evening, the front desk girl was very nice. Had early classes, and spent the day out. Came back again in the evening and the maintenance person mentioned the nearby tacos. Delicious! Beds were comfortable, full size fridge was a HUGE plus.

Friday night there was a band playing nearby and it was VERY loud. If we weren't there for school and didn't have a 5am wakeup, we wouldn't have minded as much.

the location was strange .Iv never seen a hotel in a parking lot of a hardware store,I had a great stay the hotel staff were super nice.the room was very comphy,nice and cool;it was really hot that weekend,The bed OMG super soft,

I didn't like that the windows did'nt not lock properly.And there was no swimming pool.as hot as it was ,

clean and newly built hotel. near to all famous brands like super stores, Ross dress for less, Burlington, Marshalls, McDonald, etc

not having coffee machine in room, no complimentary water bottles, i stayed 7 nights no room service
