Indio is always our stop from LAX to AZ for one night. This was our first stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites and we are thrilled.. the check in was quick and efficient, the hotel very clean, the rooms modern, the bathrooms very clean and specious. everything worked perfectly, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel is very quiet-no noise from outside and not from other hotel guests. The breakfast was American standard but good, even the coffee was tasteful. ;) We will definitely make this hotel our first choice on our next trips eastbound!!

The running television in the breakfast area was loud and noisy .

I would definitely stay here again because all staff were polite friendly professional I felt welcomed and whenever I needed to ask a question they always had a smile on their face and was happy to answer my questions I check for bed bugs and how clean the beds are because we travel a lot due to my girlfriends cousin being a rapper and I was impressed no bed bugs white sparkly clean bed sheets I was overly satisfied with that the way you offer Natural soap in the shower and made it short friendly plus plus plus the rooms are big a lot of space the gym pool ironing board bbq grill vanity mirror and chair I was so impressed if you could fix those 2 small things I would give you a perfect score and let me just say the waffle process DONT ever get rid of it that was one of my absolute favorite things and the juice and coffee stations I loved it oatmeal and muffins were so yummy the girl that checked us in she needs a raise she was awesome and so amazing she shocked me with how helpful and nice she was to us because you can’t find people like her at any other hotel because they are usually not nice and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but you can check the date and time and know exactly who I’m talking about DONT ever let her go she is what helps your hotel she helps the customers to keep coming back because I will definitely come back because of her so wonderful she is truly 🤗 ❤️❤️🤗

The only 2 things I did not like was the trash and dirt found under both beds it’s a new building it shouldn’t be looking like that under the beds and the eggs tasted like chemicals and the potatoes were never cooked all the way through

The breakfast was great. Also, I made a special accommodation request to check out late due to having to work from my hotel room, and the hotel allowed for it. Very accommodating with a friendly staff.

The lotion bottle in my bathroom was empty. Not a big deal, but it is what it is.

Cleanliness, front desk service, very courteous, location, easy access. breakfast was very good.

The room was very hot upon arrival, I should have called ahead and ask for the ac to be turned on, before we arrived, kids were hot and it took a while for the room to cool, we were on the 4th floor.

Staff was very friendly, complimentary breakfast was really good! Place was very clean!

Only thing I have to say was the beds weren’t very comfortable. Almost too stiff. The mini fridge took a while to cool our waters. And the AC unit was hard to find a good median temperature. Was either too cold or too warm lol aside from that place was great!

This was a last-minute stop for me because of a problem with a rental car while driving through the area, and I arrived incredibly tired and stressed. The front desk staff was so welcoming and so helpful, and I really needed that after dealing with the far less helpful rental car customer service people. She was still on duty when I left in the morning and was also friendly and helpful even though she had clearly worked a very long shift. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will absolutely look at this property first!

Breakfast was okay they used to make potatoes and that was the best part of breakfast however they didn't have them Friday or Saturday so they didn't have much to offer for breakfast

I didn't like that they didn't have the potatoes for breakfast I used to brag about those

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the items provided were very tasty.

We were told from the get go that we would not get a king bed although that was what we reserved. They told us to call booking. com directly. I spent about an hour of my time talking to them which was a waste of time.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very large and clean. The location was excellent for my jobsite.

Nothing! Normally the A/C units in these rooms are not very good, however the bed location, relative to the A/C unit was perfect! Someone was thinking when they did the room layout!

The property is new and everything was clean.

I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed but when I arrived, the front desk receptionist told me that my room was not available. I was given a room with two queens and no couch instead. The rate as adjusted to reflect this so they did what they could to compensate me. In the end, it all worked out.
