The pool/hot tub and surrounding area; grills for outdoor cooking; our 2nd floor room w/balcony. Kevin (I believe is his name) the day manager was the most helpful and cheerful person of very good staff. We had a minor room mix-up since my son (who shares my name) was only staying for 2 nights while my wife and I were staying the week. We arrived together, but later than expected. After we checked out, when we were several miles away, we got a call from the hotel, wondering why our room still had our things in it. We should have had his room. However, they let us stay in that room another night and found a new room for us, which was better than the first, the next day.

The king beds were too soft and sloped on both sides so that if you didn't claim the middle, you felt like you would roll out of bed. The queen beds were fine.

Rooms are very pretty and clean. 2nd floor room have nice balcony. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave which is great. Plenty of food places walking distance. If you have fur babies there's plenty of grass area around for them to go to the bathroom and nice neighborhood to walk around. There's ICE machine and pool towels available.

I knew pool was heated but in 104 degree weather it felt like a jacuzzi. It didn't feel refreshing and at night it felt even warmer. I will definitely come back for all the other seasons but summer. I totally recommend it when its cold, it must feel very nice and warm.

The room was perfect - good size and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the swim in the pool, which was the perfectly heated for this time of year (early Spring). Check in was also very easy - since we arrived after the office closed, they left everything in a lock box and provided us a code the day before. They even sent us a picture of where the lockbox was located which made it very easy to locate when we arrived.

Parking was a little tight. Our first night we were able to get the last spot, but the way they are angled its challenging to navigate. I assume people might have to park on the street sometimes, because by evening the lot was always full. The cafe was cute, but honestly not a huge selling point. I would recommend they simplify that to just coffee and pastries to make it easier on the staff.

Room 105 was comfortable and quiet despite being poolside. Hardly anyone used the pool area so it was pleasant and quiet. I wish we had time to enjoy the pool area. The location was very convenient to local dining and the tennis garden. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative.

We did notice a member of the public wandering the into the parking lot and peeking around the cleaning staff's supply cart. The staff member noticed and appeared to shoo the man away. That was uncomfortable and I felt concerned and wondered if this happens from time to time. Room 105 could use an update with decor while still keeping the vintage desert vibe. We noticed 2 ducks enjoying the pool one morning. Not sure if that would deter people from using the pool.

The property was flexible with our late arrival time. Pool was convenient and close to almost all rooms, and well maintained. Good location to many, many food options, shopping, and local events. We saw fireworks for Independence Day at the Civic Center and were able to walk there.

We asked for maid service and they said they would have her come at the end of the day. She did not come for the duration of our stay (another day and a half). When we asked for more towels, front desk seemed inconvenienced.

It was clean and quiet. Smaller facility which made it cozy and quiet, very relaxing. Price was good. We will definitely be back.

The night before we left there were three or four groups that came in with children and they left all their stuff on the tables and chairs which kept others from being able to use them. Until that time the pool area was nice and clean. Just because you rent a room doesn't or at least shouldn't give you the right to take up room at the pool the entire time.

This was our second stay at the Inn. It's a lovely, peaceful place where the main activity is hanging out by the pool with a good book. It was an easy drive to the Acrisure Arena for a concert and also walking distance to Jillian's for a delicious dinner.

Our room had a plumbing issue that, despite efforts by the management, remained unresolved upon our departure. However, I imagine this was a one-off situation and not a common problem. I would stay here again.

I've tried numerous 2-star hotels in the desert and have been disappointed each time. After a long search, I finally discovered a 2-star hotel that I genuinely enjoy: Inn at Deep Canyon. Despite its age, the property is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The room itself was immaculate, with high-quality linens and towels. It's spacious and comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi were spotless and sparkling. The staff were friendly, and the convenience of having a Subway, Starbucks, and grocery store within walking distance added to my comfort. I felt completely at ease here and will definitely return.

The air freshener / perfume smell when first checking in to the room was too strong. I would rather not smell anything. Also, the parking is limited, but there is no problem with street parking, of which, there is a lot.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the feel of a little homey studio apt instead of a bland hotel room. I also noticed that the bed was guarded against b-bugs which is a mega plus. The room had a tile floor instead of carpeting which was a huge help for my allergies. The pool was so refreshing and inviting, that it was hard to leave it. There are grills available for guests to bbq too. Will def be coming back.

The front office closes early, so if you can get there before 6. I had to wait until the next day to get pool towels, which in the grand scheme of life is no tragedy, just a small inconvenience. The parking lot is rather smallish but there was street parking.

They have a coffee shop cafe and you have to pay for your breakfast it was not complimentary to your stay. It was excellent and worth it. Enjoyed the pool area and the landscaping and artwork around the property. Very clean and pristine. Relaxing atmosphere.

Well, I did have to pay extra for my pet. I was under the impression that they knew I had a pet when I booked my room. But my pet is worth it so there’s no problem.
