Perfect hotel for us during our trip as family with a 1 year old toddler. Big and clean room (separate bedroom from living room), two beds, fridge, We asked for a quiet room and got one in the corner on 4th floor, perfect! After driving for many hours (coming from Grand Canyon going to San Diego the next day), it was very convenient for us that the hotel offers dinner. All guests even received a voucher for two drinks per evening between 5 and 7 pm, including wine, beer etc. The drinks were great. The breakfast was also great serving omelettes etc. Nice pool and gym. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was comfortable and the room had lots of space. Pool/Jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good, but could improve on the pastries-they looked sad and dry. The orange juice was not very good. Could add more fresh fruit to the spread. Staff is always outstanding. Especially Henry and Jasmine in the breakfast area. They are truly exceptional. Good walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a park across the street. I did not use the spa but if I had more time, I would have gotten a massage.

It was probably an oversite, but we did not have towels in the room and the toilet seat was sitting on the side of the toilet. I asked for it to be fixed through texting with Veronica, but it was never fixed. She texted to ask about our stay and I told her everything was great except the toilet seat was broken. She was going to send someone to fix it, but they never came. There needs to be a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Service, cleanliness, convenient location, private

Air circulation in the suite was not the best. I would also be nice to have a couple sets of cutlery since we ordered a lot of takeout during our stay. Maybe also a pair of scissors? We did some shopping and had to get creative on how to open packages/remove clothing tags without damaging it. These are small and specific requests. Overall our stay was great.

The location at a Coachella shuttle stop and across the street from Old Town with its many restaurants and boutiques is excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. The room with the mini kitchenette was super useful and clean. The housekeeping staff was hardworking, polite and professional.

The price was high because it was Coachella weekend.

Our king suite was spacious, modern and clean. There were plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. We had a nice view over downtown La Quinta and the beautiful mountains. During our 9 night stay our room got cleaned twice, which was absolutely sufficient. The included breakfast buffet was a big plus and offered a good choice of hot and cold dishes. Another bonus was the daily happy hour with two complimentary drinks and little snacks, like corn chips with salsa or crackers with cheese.

When we booked the king suite it said on the room description that it had a balcony/patio. This sadly was not the case. Initially disappointed we inquired regarding a room upgrade since we were staying for quite a while (9 nights). We were advised that changing to a balcony room might be possible once more rooms became available after the weekend. In the end we did not bother as we liked being on the top floor and liked our view. Since there is definitely some misinformation, it would be good this would be revised.

Breakfast was very good. Would have liked to see coffee out longer; it was whisked away at 0930. Gluten free bread would be nice. Great salsa Be more green re: saving towels, etc.

Restroom by pool not in operation. Had to go wet into lobby to use restroom. Would like towels out by pool. Like a list of recommended nearby restaurants

The. breakfast was good. My main problem was I couldn’t get my room warm, I called maintenance and he said it was controlled by corporate, so they brought me a blanket to use when I was sitting watching television. The facet in my shower fell off twice I got it on to turn it off then it fell off again, maintenance came and fixed it. The staff was all very nice!

The breakfast and 5:30-7pm two drink per person happy hour was great! My 8 year old son loves having breakfast here.

1) The room I booked online didn’t match the room we got and I was too tired to say anything and just took what they gave us. (no patio and our view was to the parking lot). 2) We booked this hotel because of the advertised game room. My son who was celebrating his birthday was very disappointed. It kept us from booking elsewhere. 3) I also booked here because “EV charging” was supposed to be available. I have a Kia Niro, and the two chargers were Tesla only. Had to spend time at a gas station that charged me for parking and to charge. again another detail that kept us from booking elsewhere.

Clean, easy walking distance to great restaurants, Happy Hour was fabulous (snacks and drinks), breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, friendly and accommodating staff.

Could use a little more attention to room maintenance. The couch had a split in the upholstery in the back, the thermostat was wacky, and one of the bedside lamps had a short so was sometimes on, sometimes off.

Over all is nice. I just need recipe for me to get reimbursed from Hilton Grant vacation but since I book it with booking.com. No one can give me an itemized receipt. Don’t know why. I made several calls but both companies keep telling me is other party responsible for that. I don’t get it. Why is so difficult just print out or email me an itemized receipt. They are trying to make it as difficult as possible for customers so you can’t apply for the reimbursement or they are hiding something
